I know it is really hard to get into a routine because i just started a routine about 2 months ago. My family started to workout every morning, not a hard workout but a little one, about 20 minutes long. Just walk or something. Then once you get in that routine start cutting back on some foods. Something that I cut out was soft drinks. I cut out all sugary drinks. It was really hard for a week or so then it started getting easy. A good place to workout would be a gym or something, because if your just at home by yourself than you probably won't feel as motivated as you would if you were at a gym, because there are people around. I've been doing this for about 2 months and have lost about 15 pounds so far. It takes time but when you get into the habit of doing this than it will be a whole lot easier.

omg- so many people call me vanessa when they first hear my name(annessa). lol- so anyways- on topic- you should try just changing a few eating habits and not focusing so much on your diet then you should focus on exersizing. i really suggest taebo- it's really awesome and is a great aerobic workout. work on getting your metabolism working faster if you can't stick to a diet- do a lot of aerobic exersizes and it helps speed up your metabolism a tiny bit if you drink 3 cups of green tea a day. good luck!
