I know I had a bad week really bad I gained 5 pounds since last sunday but oh well I am starting a new diet today and my mom even said it was healthy. It is called the warrior diet. Whut you do is eat you main meal at night. So during the day have fruits and veggies like salads and have water. Then at night when your whole family eats you can eat a normal meal just dont stuff your face. Eat half of whut you use to. This is how the Hunter-gathers ate and the were the healthiest people ever in reseacrch archeoligists have done it shows that there bones are better and healthier then that of later and now a day human. So I will post this on the teens bullitan board and you guys tell me how you think it will work. So I hope with this diet someone said if I add excercise which of course I will do cuz of basketball and swimming and my regular excercise I could loose 5 pounds a week. Is this true?
