ok- so i measured myself this morning- waist=30" hips=37" thighs=24". i'm not sure exactly what my starting measurements were but i think they were around waist=35 hips=41 thighs=27. so at least i'm getting somewhere! but it's taking a really really long time. omg- i didn't feel much yesterday when i was on the bike for 30 minutes at the gym- it said that i went 11 miles. i also did weight machines for my arms and thighs and one for my stomach. but this morning i woke up and OUCH!!! god that hr workout really cuaght up to me. i really think that i can do this though- i want to be 145 by valentines day. i'm 150 right now so that's 2.5 pounds a week. which won't be too bad. i think i'll have some special k for breakfast- but i'm not on that diet because i like slimfast a lot better- it's easier to carry around for lunch. but really those two diets are the same because they're just there so you eat less calories during the day...

Hey everyone.. ive been trying to lose weight for a long time now.. and it hasnt really worked. EVERY single day i try and keep up my diet but at the end of the day i just give up and i think - aw well doesnt matter.. we can start again next week. But then the same things happen.. its horrible. Because i see some foods i want to eat and go for them.. I sometimes sit there and wish what i would look like if i was thin.. My diet is less fat, more water and healthy excersize. My problem is that i dont have any determination or strength to start and finish my diet. Every single pain i ever had always came through my weight problems.. i cry when i think how life would be great if i was thin. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I would really love some motivation and some people to talk to right now.. Thankyou.

When i started her a few weeks ago, i was 152. Now I'm 149!!!! I can't believe it! Remember, ONLY EAT WHEN UR HUNGRY. It works charms, along with ecercise.

I like this guy at school and I like totally flirt with him and I had a friend tell him i liked him and he said he had guessed cuz the way i was acting and I really want him to like me so i need to loose as much weight as soon as possible i know i have to be willing to work hard at this and excercise a lot but i am in bball and we have practice almost everyday and the main problem with me is I eat to much so i want some help not to eat as much and I hope I can get to a decent weight ASAP. Well good luck everyone and I hope all you gurls find the guy of your dreams. Oh yea to the ones on here before it is the same guy i was talkin bout before but now he knows I like him.

Has anyone tried the special K diet. If so does it work bcuz i hear its not good for long term weight lost. If anybody wanna team up and become buddies let me know cuz i looking for a friend for encouragement. :-)

Hey, thanks for trying this only eat when ur hungry thing, chelsea. Great that ur down to a six. I want to get to at least an 8, or whatever size I'll be at 135 pounds. Also, DON'T ASK IF EATING ONE MEAL A DAY IS ENOUGH, BECAUSE IT'S NOT. Second DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! I'M SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!! I went to American Eagle today to get my friend a birthday present and I saw some jeans I wanted and grabbed a size 8 because that's what I usually wear, and when I tried them on they were HUMONGOUS on me!! So then I tried on a size 6 and they fit perfectly!! =D!!!! So I'm only one more size away from my goal (which is size 4) and about 13 more pounds should do it... right now I'm at 128 (down from 155) and I want to be 115... so anyway just wanted to share my excitement!!! Well I'm gone... Good luck to everybody!!

Ok so I'm 14 and I weigh uhh 205lbs and I want to lose like alot! So I'm eating low cal foods and stuff but the thing is I only eat once a day, so I want to know if I should start eating more or less? If you can just give me some tips on loseing weight and good exersizing that I could do please tell me, I NEED HELP! thanx
