i bought taebo, yoga, and pilates tapes at walmart for about 38$, real good prices, i did taebo and and yoga and i really feel it now, but how do i avoid eating now, i ate lunch, and now i have to wait for dinner, plus does anyone have the problem that you parents cook dinner, and they really don't care what you think they just tell you to eat it, and you can't have anything else, and every friday my famly getts pizza and i can't resist but i have to or otherwise do double time excercise on saturday, AND HOW AM I GOING TO AVOID ALL THE SUPERBOWL FRENZY, PIZZA AND SNACKS anyone got tips on how i can make it through thnks much

eat smaller servings of what they're having for dinner. one slice of pizza is a meal- its like eating a cheese burger. so only eat one peice then walk away if you can and do something else until your family finishes off the pizza. good luck- i know how hard that is to do!

When your parents cook dinner tell them you are trying to lose weight and if you could either take smaller portions or else ask them to serve you smaller portions. Don't be worried about eating some foods, just eat in moderation. You can have a peice of pizza for dinner just don't eat four. And let the one peice settle in your stomach before you have another one. It takes about 20 minutes for dinner to sort of digest. This means after you have a huge meal then you keep eating and then afterwards you feel sick from eating too much, Let it settle first. And for when you guys have pizza ask if you can order a salad as well, most fast food pizza joints have salad for delivery. One I am positive does is Panago. This is a way healthier choice. Talk to your parents about wanting to lose weight and change your lifestyle and I am sure they would be willing to help you. Good luck with everything. My advice for the party is before all the snacks arrive have a few peices of fruit or something healthy that was you want feel hungry to eat the snacks and you won't overeat on them. Good Luck!
