everyone is saying only eat when you are hungary. well how hungary do you have to be, a little or alot, plus i get really hugary right after i excercise so how is that helping me, PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try drinking as much water as possible while excersising and then take a shower after you are done because you are sweaty. This is will cause you to not be able to eat after you are done and the water will settle and everything and you shouldn't feel as hungry. If you are hungry then eat because you need to but if you don't absolutly need to eat then don't. Also what I think helps to not eat is after you excersise and shower then go to your room and pamper yourself. Do you hair and make-up and everything. That will take a while, take your mind off of food and make your self esteem go up because you look good. Excersise pays off, believe me.
