Hey everyone.. ive been trying to lose weight for a long time now.. and it hasnt really worked. EVERY single day i try and keep up my diet but at the end of the day i just give up and i think - aw well doesnt matter.. we can start again next week. But then the same things happen.. its horrible. Because i see some foods i want to eat and go for them.. I sometimes sit there and wish what i would look like if i was thin.. My diet is less fat, more water and healthy excersize. My problem is that i dont have any determination or strength to start and finish my diet. Every single pain i ever had always came through my weight problems.. i cry when i think how life would be great if i was thin. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Hey, thanks for trying this only eat when ur hungry thing, chelsea. Great that ur down to a six. I want to get to at least an 8, or whatever size I'll be at 135 pounds. Also, DON'T ASK IF EATING ONE MEAL A DAY IS ENOUGH, BECAUSE IT'S NOT. Second DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! ANOREXIA CAN HAPPEN TO YOU, NOT JUST OTHERS. finally STICK WITH IT! you guys are so much inspiration for me to keep going, and you help me when i want to quit at it.Love much

*pats herself on the back* i'm doing really really great- i weighed myself half way through the week and i'm back down to 152! yay! i want to be 150- but i'll settle for 151 by sunday. i get to use my friend's college's gym this saterday with marty because we're going to go up to her college to spend the night for a live action role playing game- it's going to be soooo fun. it always it- except this time i'm not going to go NEAR that candy and soda table! lol. i'm not- i'm going to bring some really delicious slimfast snack bars instead. i might go over a little on the cal.s but at least i'll still be good. i'm going to shoot for 1500 tomorrow- oh and that reminds me- i have to go do laundry....good luck everyone!
