Ok so I'm 14 and I weigh uhh 205lbs and I want to lose like alot! So I'm eating low cal foods and stuff but the thing is I only eat once a day, so I want to know if I should start eating more or less? If you can just give me some tips on loseing weight and good exersizing that I could do please tell me, I NEED HELP! thanx

Yea both of the otehr girls that replyed are right because I am doing the same thing... I have two 100 calorie snacks a day (it really helps with cravings)

You have to start eating MORE! I lost 7 pounds in exactly a week by eating more frequently & exercising. I used to eat very little and then I started a diet plan and Kristy (the woman who organized it) told me that one of my major problems is how often I eat, the times I eat at and my food choices. I know its too much to lose 7 pounds in only a week but its not that I went on some crazy diet or anything...I just stopped eating late at night, ate 3 meals a day (sometimes with small HEALTHY snacks in between) and made sure I had good portions and chose the right foods & eat them in balance, and I go to the gym about 5 times a week. So start eating more & you'll find it makes a huge difference!

You should eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. You don't have to have snacks but you should eat 3 meals a day. If you don't want to eat 3 meals a day only eat when you are hungry. Oh and drink lots of water.
