Hi everybody, I will be 11 in 3 months. I'm big for my age, I stand 5'8 inches tall, and I did weigh just at 200 pounds and lost 10 pounds, now my problem is I gained the weit back but my eating habit hasn't changed. I just wanted to get opinion from some older people on what they think I should do to keep the weit off. I'm the biggest in my grade, bigger than some of my teachers and I hate it. If I could get down to 140 or 150 pounds I would be happy. Thanks.

I know what you are going through. My Ideas should help you lose and hope it does.
First thing you do is the deit. It is ONLY....ONLY!
3 slices of bread. That includes donuts sandwhich and.Eat alot of fruits and veggies. If you like protien
eat6 about 6 or 7 servings a day. AND ONLY 2 OR LESS OF JUNCK FOOD.AND NO MORE.
Thw workout maybe to hard for you. If you can get exercise veidos of Taebo All that is out. And if you can go to a gym and work out there for 1 hour or twoin the gym. The total workout. 3-4 hours of workout. Hope this will help.
