Hey everyone.. ive been trying to lose weight for a long time now.. and it hasnt really worked. EVERY single day i try and keep up my diet but at the end of the day i just give up and i think - aw well doesnt matter.. we can start again next week. But then the same things happen.. its horrible. Because i see some foods i want to eat and go for them.. I sometimes sit there and wish what i would look like if i was thin.. My diet is less fat, more water and healthy excersize. My problem is that i dont have any determination or strength to start and finish my diet. Every single pain i ever had always came through my weight problems.. i cry when i think how life would be great if i was thin. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I would really love some motivation and some people to talk to right now.. Thankyou.

just remember that the more u stick with it the better and that... don't give up... i didn't and i lost 40 lbs

you need to remember that everytime you're about to give up that it's not going to work if you do that. remember that one good day of dieting and exersize means you're one day closer...
