Hey everyone.. hows it going..?? Im good I guess.. Well neways.. im still at the same weight.. so fourth.. yea well after xmas on Jan 1.. im starting my NeW YeARs ResOlution to lose 50 lbs or more before.. June-July 05' I know I can do it and im very excited to start.. Im either going to do WW or Atkins.. leave me some info.. on witch ones best.. neways.. for xman im also getting a gazelle.. does anyone have one.. what do yall think.. but as for now.. ima eat not as much as I use to and try to exercise.. some well thank you guys for all your help.... xO' Rina

my doctor was concerned about my "weight gain." i thought it was dumb because it was the middle of the afternoon, my muscles were really expanded having just played football and ran for 1 hour and 40 minutes. i did NOT gain 25 pounds =( in fact i lost 4 recently.

hey..i was wondering if this sound bad....breakfast-yogurt w/grapenuts in it, lunch-2 pieces of turkey, a pear, and a 100 calorie chips ahoy pack, snack-peach, dinner-potato soup, roll, and green beans....now i think thats good..but then i had cookie cake and milk (kinda alot too) and i ran 1 mile, and walked 1 mile! how is this?

hay thanks for responding to my other post, but fats, carbs, and protein what are they? i know its like fruits milk meat little dessert but what? in a regular day i would eat cereal inthe morning, a sub sandwich for lunch, a salad for a snack after school, and somekind of meat with corn & green beans. Is this okay? But if you say yes than why am i not losing weight, i even exercise everyday.Also, on my other post i said i lost some weight i gained it right back and i hate myself for it (but i am not stupid, like others who won't eat) Please help me!!!!!!!!!! HEY GUYS, I am done 2 lbs. this week. YEAH! This last 20 pounds is really a struggle though it goes so slow no matter how much you do. For everyone that is trying to get off the couple of pounds, I know how you feel. I set my goal for 130 by Christmas, I weigh 148 now. I guess I can't complain because I used to weigh 196. Well anywho good luck to everyone and try to hang in there with the slow process. Peace.
