hay thanks for responding to my other post, but fats, carbs, and protein what are they? i know its like fruits milk meat little dessert but what? in a regular day i would eat cereal inthe morning, a sub sandwich for lunch, a salad for a snack after school, and somekind of meat with corn & green beans. Is this okay? But if you say yes than why am i not losing weight, i even exercise everyday.Also, on my other post i said i lost some weight i gained it right back and i hate myself for it (but i am not stupid, like others who won't eat) Please help me!!!!!!!!!!
