reposting this:Hiya. I am planning on asking my crush of 2 1/2 years to a dance in early spring and I want to lose as much weight as possible before then.I am 5'4 160 pounds and for excersize I have P.E. for 1 hour 40 minutes every other day and I try really hard in that class. guys i really think i did pretty good today..ok well i stuck to my diet perfectly and as a change for myself i acutally exersiced which i will now do every night .i walked a mile and a quarter did a half hour of taebo did 60 crunches 40 jumping jacks 10 leg lifts and stretches. I also drank 10 glasses of water. Im really proud of myself and just knowing that i willed myself to complete it today should really push me to do it tommorrow ..the nxt day.and the nxt. last year i lost about 20 lbs total even though its the little bits that count i still want to loose more this year and my goals are set ..not turning back now .i need to turn my life around and im doing it ..thank you all for your support..check in tommorrow!!!

hey guys!!! iam 5-5,& weight 140. i dont think im too fat,i do work out 2/4 hrs a day. i go hiking,skating, and i run every day. but its not the body i want. i dont like the fact that i have roles.i want to have abdominals if you know what i mean........if anyone can give me some advice that would be GREAT.!!! thanX

hey guys!! im the one who was talking about how bad my acne was! and i just read all of the posts because i forgot to look back on them!! anyway proactive is working for me now see i used to use pills and antibiotics from the dermo! so i was spending the night at my friends house and my face was soo oily and i didn't have my face meds with me..so she had proactive in her bathroom and im just like im goin to use this and i hope it doesn't screw up my face cuz i used to before and it made it worse! so i used it and it got better in a night! so then sence i order it at my house bc my sister uses it i starting using it and for the past couple days i htrave been using it and its pretty much gone!! and someone post one and her name was iluvgod well she said to pray cuz it worked for a close friend! well before i even read her post i did pray!! i truely believe my prayers to God helped me!! and... Just a few minutes ago, I noticed how big I really am. I use to be 210, now I'm 177, but I still feel like I am way too big. I know that I have done really bad on my diet lately, I have still excersized, but its just not cuttin it for me. Everyday at lunch I have pizza, but I don't really think the hot lunch is ne better. After school, when I'm not really hungry, but I eat ne way. I should do something else besides eat to avoid more weight gain, ne suggestions? thanks, kaitlyn!

Ok, the winter months are coming up and it's getting harder to go outside and start exersing. Soon snow will be on the ground and you won't go outside at all. So I'm trying to take a poll. Here's the question: What indoor exercises do you do/think you should do to keep fit this winter??

Hey i found this GR8 workout for men in a fitness magazine. It shows how to make the "ideal" body. The V-shaped body. Wide-shoulders, and thin, six-pack abs. I think it'll be good. But it say to go into it slowly so i am gonna start running first (another workout i found in the magazine) and then after like 2 weeks i am gonna start the workout but only do one set of the exercises then and on a set every 2 weeks until i am doing the entire workout. But the thing is it is time consuming so i will have to work harder at school too. But that is the price you pay to look good, but since i'll be working harder at school i'll be smarter too and then at the end i'll be a whole new totally improved me!
