Ok, i just had like an awakening of sorts. I have always struggled with my weight. I wanted to be paper/Paris Hilton thin. But i realize that Im big. Not big as in fat, just bigger, Im tall, 5'9", and i dont have a wispy model figure. So if i ever weighed as much as a model "should" then i think i would be dead. So maybe all i really need to do is tone up. I need to start taking care of my body, not attacking it with cookie-dough OR fad diets. So Ive started, Im on the basketball team, pactice once a week, and i am starting on the track team tomorrow. And i walk everywhere, but thats only becuase i just moved and i cant find the bus, EVER. But its all good. And besides, this is my year!!!! Im gonna do it. When i go back to my school and all of my friends next year, I will be happy with my body, and no afraid to show some SKIN!!!!

how much do you weigh, cuz what you said sounds exactly like my parents tell me, but im so sure that im fat, even tho im 5'9 too.

thats awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! keep up the good work and remember to have small portion sized and exercise as much as possible, just think that when you are really tempted to cheat, then just say " i can't wait to come home from Germany and show off my new body to everyone, and my healthiness!!! good luck and don't give up!!

Tiny problem though--im not so keen on telling my host family that Im trying to loose weight, so dieting is out of the question. I have to eat whats infront of me. But luckily here in Germany dinner is small, which great for the metabolism, i just hope it helps me!! Plus, not nearly as much saturated and proceced fats as in the Good Ol' U. S. of A. Yay. Im so excited, im all pepped up, but ive been like this before, and then i go and tell people my goals, and then i drop them, and fell stupid and fat. Ok, so il not telling anyone, except you all abotu my goals. Im 185-ish right now, although i havent stepped on a scale in over 2 months, theres not one here in germany. And i want to get down to somewhere between 140 and 130 by the time i leave Germany. BUT weiht is not my main concern, i want to FELL GOOD. So even if i loose the weight, but gain in back in muscle, as long as i look and feel good, its ALL good!!!!
