A lot of you are trying to enforce on other people that you have to eat at least 1500 (that's the most popular number I've seen) calories to healthfully loose weight. But honestly, that number is not going to apply for everyone. Each person has a different amount of exercise they do each day and bodytype that is going to alter that caloric intake. Plus, you can eat less calories than that and still maintain a life with exercise and not be starving all the time. So if you ate according to this plan, you could still easily fit in a piece of fruit or more veggies if you get hungry. I am just saying, don't freak out on people when they're eating less than 1500 calories a day. I mean, less than 700 is a little extreme...but I think you understand what I'm saying. I have thought about buying a book about eating Disorder, I thought about killing myself too... But I told myself if I killed myself Skinny& look good too...But if I lose wieght I woudn't have to ...well u know. Now i'm 5 lbs. Lighter.I also home school because of my grades& wieght mostly my wight.As soon as I lose 100 lbs. I'm going back I swear to that. I'm on Wieght Watchers it's the way I lost 5 lbs

hey... well today was good because i rejoined weight watchers and its working this time... im gonna stick too it i have to... for breakfast i had cereal, lunch i had a lean pocket, bag of baked chips but then i had a cookie :-/ i had pb crackers after school and a salad for dinner.... i also went to the weight room for my gym class and had a 2 hr softball practice where we did a good amount of running... how bad did i do? a couple slip ups i know....

OMG i ate SO bad today!!!! Okay for breakfest i have low carb yoyurt,fruit,smoothie,orange juice,and milk (a ton of fruit huh!) Then it went downhill when for a cinco de mayo party at school i had a burrito, chips and guacamole (it waz made from scratch though) Then for lunch i had, 1/2 a ham sandwhich,a pria bar, and 1/2 a salad. And lemonade. UGH then the list goes on and for snack i had a bagel ((UGH)) Then for dinner i had chicken,veggies,milk, a whole grain rice. For dessert i had a banana w/ peanut butter. OMG i did WICKED bad i am so mad at myself. For exerise i did jump rope and went for my daily run w. my friend. i am soooo UPSET!

hey I havnt been on here in a while...but is it true that a girl burns 2000 calories a day on average? and it is 3500 calories for a pound? well if that is true and you eat 1000 calories a day with out excorsiceing you will have burned like 1000 calories and 1000 X's 7 (every day of the week) is 7,000 so if so thats 2 pounds right? so does that make sense will that work?

Ok....How good did I do today?--Morning-Ice Mocha Lunch-Ham and Cheese sandwich with a VERY small amount of mayo-Dinner-Small bowl of mac and cheese(fat free or low fat one)with a slice of bread Exercises-Walk one mile.50 push ups.120 leg toner things.100 jumping jacks.100 curl ups....So..how did I do?

hey, i just want to say to all the people here that the teens here are probably not the best advice givers on certain diets, like atkins. you should all ask a doctor on that one, its based on you, not everyone else. it may even be easiest to follow your own diet. limited calories, fat, etc (dont go less then 1200-1500 though), and excerise. you know, the old "traditional" way lol. just try what you think is best for you

Hey guys! i did kinda bad today ;0(..ugh. we had a cinco de mayo party and spanish. with pinatas..i had an enchilada, and 2 peices of candy. i assumed it would be about 500 cals total? is that a good guess. i absolutely hafta burn it off on the treadmill today..PLEASE RESPOND!!
