Ok, the last time I posted here was a pretty long time ago, and I quit my diet.BUT, pretty much, I was only eating at least 600 cals a day, which was bad..So, I quit, and then went back to my bad eating habits. Well, Today is my 3rd day on my new diet! My first day went well..but my 2nd day was not so good..I think it was because my mom's birthday..we had cake, all that nice stuff. But, the exercises I did was this--I walked 3 miles(seriously) 100 push ups, 100 leg toner things, 200 curl ups,100 jumping jacks. So, I think that helped a bit ny exercising. Today, has actually gone really, really great. I've had no big cravings for anything, but small ones, but they passed.I drunk an Ice Mocha,which was 200 some cals..not bad. Then, I ewnt to the park for at least 30 minutes to an hour. For lunch I had a big bottle of water with a sandwich that had just a small amount of roast beef on... After about a hour, I did some exercises, the ones I said I did yesterday, except only 100 curl ups. Then, I went to the park for about 30 minutes. I also walk to the park and back, so I ended updoing that twice. Well, now I am eating a smalll bowl of macaroni with a slice of bread, and water. I think that is all for the day, because I don't eat after 7. Sorry for rambling on and on, but I just feel a lot better now that I am having fun while dieting!! I feel really good just after 3 days! HI everyone! im so proud of myself! I used to eat pizza, pop and candy for lunch, come home eat chocolate, chips, and many junk foods have fast food for dinner and eat more at night. 1st of all i have only had pop 2 times in the last 2 weeks!!!! i used to live on it!!! i also have the nastiest fattest arms ever and i need to fix them by prom (20 days). Now an average day is: 6am 20 minutes of weights, lunch : 1 slice pizza, carrots, grapes and big bottle of water. come home have icecream or something healthy (depends wether i have a craving or not)then do 20 minutes of weights and i have a goood dinner with mean, friut and veggies.then i do more weights before bed! i am not going on like a 200 cal diet or anything but im positive i will see improvements from this dramatic change!!!!! what do you think??????

Rate this please brek- low cal yogurt, wheat toast with jelly lunch- health bar, turkey wrap on whole wheat, carrots, water, snack- apple cinnamon quaker things (60 calories) and for dinner im having pasta. which im gonna try to have a lot of salad and limit the pasta....plus im trying to have 1 thing of dessert every other day so tonight im having weight watchers ice cream

great day today! i had my audition for this dance program that I really want to be in next year so I was so nervous the whole day! I had cheerios for breakfast, pretzels, kudos bar and grapes for lunch then I danced for 3 brutal hours at the audition! pheww I was still really nervous when I got home so I coulnd eat anything..thren I went to my dance class for an hour and when I came home I had some pasta, brocoli and chicken. For dessert, a weight watchers flying saucer ice cream thing. Mmmm Those are gooood. The audition went really well. And now I'm really tired! Anyway I had around 1200 calories today and danced for about 4 hours! no running because I ran out of time...<3

alright new plan cuz the scale isnt budging even though my mom has told me she thinks i loko thinner... im gonna have cereal for breakfast with a piece of fruit. then a sandwich for lunch and then watever my mom cooks for dinner. im gonna stop bringing my wallet to school. im only gonna bring 1 dollar for the diet coke i buy. and im very good about that i never buy regular soda at school. i love diet coke. i have softball like every day and im gonna try to do the treadmill more. my new goal is set for the first of july. i have a lot that month, i go away, im going to a wedding, etc.... so im hoping to lose 15 by then. o yea my mom and i r rejoining weight watchers!!! yay!! well how does this sound???

Hey everyone how are you doing? Well I used to go on here during the last summer-beginning of school year period and i was over-weight but lost 30lbs and the motivation on here was encouraging. Well now i'm still about the same weight only i've gained about 5-10 pounds back on so i'm ready to lose that weight + more! I was thinking that a fun way to lose weight would be to have like a contest type of thing, where on like the monday of every week people post there weight and if they've lost any, i think it would just be a nice way of motivation. Well if anyone wants to do this just let me know and we will! Good luck to all of you!!

hey everyone. im around 145-147 pounds at around 5'5 or 5'6 and i really would like to lose some weight. see i feel like im huge and ugly and gross and that no guy is going to want to date me. im in the 9th grade and i really want a boyfriend even though it is like the end of the year. i feel like im going to go all throughout high school and not have a bf. i am really depressed. can someone help me with a diet or try and help my self esteem? thanks. <3

Hey there...I'm so proud of myself!! Last night i weighed myself and i weigh 156!!! Two pounds ligther!!! Hurray! Okay so anywho how does this sound for today: Brek:ceral (w/ fruit) and low carb yougert (only 60 cals) Lunch:salad, and a heath bar (110 cals) and water..Snack: a glass of milk and a 1/2 bagel (it waz the small half though) I went on the tredmill and burned 600 cals by the way (oh and, i sprinted to the bus this morning, not that i wanted to) Dinner:shrimp w/ light pasta Dessert:fruit Does that sound okay? Advice please!!
