Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 205 - I want to straigten this whole thing out. I proposed the idea that not eating after 5:30 or 5:00 pm will help you lose weight. Both my parents are doctors and they told me that this is the MOST IMPORTANT part of losing weight. They told me that after about 7:00 your metabolism goes to sleep so EVERYTHING you eat for dinner assuming its after 6:00 becomes fat. I know it will help. My friend went from 196 to 118 in just 2 1/2 months just by not eating after 5:30. Im gonna try it starting today. (Ive been to lazy last week).

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 205 - Hey, I am so confused. I stepped on the scale this morning and I was 200. Last evening, I was 205. How could I have lost 5 pounds overnight? Is this normal?

Ht. 5.4, Wt. 155 - People on here have been sayin that if u don't eat after 5:30 you will lose weight faster, body it won't be store as body fat. But how can you if u have to eat supper because if you turn down supper all the time won't your parents think your straving yourself?

Ht. 5.2, Wt. 142 - I know I just posted but I didn't know my weight then. i just looked it up in american pounds and it seems better to me now. I wrote 142 on the back of my hand in a highlighter, and everytime I think of eating I'm going to look at it. I'm going to stick one on the fridge too, and find a picture of what I'd like to look like and pin that up in my room. See, I love this website, it's made me feel better already. I went over the yellow highlighter with a black pen. I just wrote 142 on every paper surface on the fridge and I spelled out 142 in fridge magnets. I'm going to find a picture now.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 160 - A year ago a lot of things happened with my family and I stopped exercising and eating right and gained thirty pounds, bringing me up from 150 to 180. For about 14 months I walked to and from school, drank water and only drink water, as well as lift light weights at least twice a week. I've lost about 20 pounds since then and haven't lost much for about a month. I want to get down to the weight I was back in middle school, so I've been changing more things. I eat a bowl of Special K for breakfast with 2% milk, eat a salad for lunch with no dressing, and eat half of whatever my family eats for dinner. I also am in gym class right now and we run between 1/2 a mile to 1 and 1/2 miles everyday and at home I do stretches and exercises like push-ups and crunches. I'm not sure what else to add that will help me lose more, because I've been at 160 for a while now. I still want to lose about 30 pounds, but I'm not sure what to do-Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ht. 5.2, Wt. I don't know - I haven't been on here in ages but I really need help. I might be too old for this site but when I came on here last year I lost 10 pounds and I've put some back on and I really really really need help, please help me. I vow that I'll et sensibly and then I binge, I'm eating as we speak!!! I'm sick of being fat, I'm sick of the fat jokes I just want to be a normal weight for my height and age!!!! I want to fit in nice tops and jeans and bras!!! I just want to scream, I have no one to talk to about this.

So if you really have a craving for cookies, the list will show you some sugarless cookies with no calories or carbs. It has many different kinds of foods. I hope its helpful, it was to me.
