Ht. 5'2, Wt. 143 - okay last night i stepped on the scale....and i broke down. i know im not OBESE, but this is the most i have ever weighed. 3 years ago, i worked hard and lost 22 pounds. to have all that work worth nothing, and gain all my weightback, plus 3 more pounds, is heartbreaking.
my life. is revolved around my weight. i have a problem. every minute of my life, i am thinking about food. i let myself go for a while, and as a result i gained 25 pounds. everytime i splurged, it made me hate myself and feel fat and gross. when i stepped on that scale last night, and the number was 143, i reached my breaking point. how could i do this to myself again. so today i started my SERIOUS diet. and its 11:50, and i havent eaten since about 6:00, and right now i am so hungry my stomach hurts. i will not eat. i will not CHEAT on... Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 168 - Hey party peoples.. i havn't been here in a while.. i got realllllllllllllllly sick. so i havn't lost anymore weight but i have till labor day to lose 10 pounds. I finally got some new pants. i was in a tight 13 now the 11's are falling off me hah its awesome.. bout 10 more pounds and i should be in a 9. im so happy i havn't been that small since i was 11. anyways today i did good. bf i had smart start and a banana (140 ish) i kinda forgot about lunch i ate at 4 oopsie. i had a tuna sandwich on wheat and a banana. (500 ish) i had a snackbar (150) i still have to eat 410 cals to be at 1200. well good luck everyoneeee <333

Ht. 5'2", Wt. not sure - Hi. I don't weigh myself so I'm not sure what I weigh right now but I do know that I need to do something. I know that I need to give up the junk and be a little bit more active. I will do it. It's about time I do something. I'm not going to weigh myself though, I think that's stupid. It's not about the weight, It's about how your clothes fit and how much better you feel. I don't want to be obsessed like all of the other girls I've seen.

I am 17 and I really want to loose weight by sept 18th for my friends birthday party. I want to loose around 20 to 25 pounds. Can snyone give me good ideas. I quit drinking pop and I drink 8 glasses of water a day what else can I do that will help me acheive my goal?

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 204 - Hey, I cant beilieve it I lost 5 pounds and it only took me 1 week. The secret is DONT EAT AFTER 5pm and your jaw wil drop at how fast you will lose weight.
