Ahh, I'm on one right now and I've been on it for around 4 days, because I'm going away on Sunday for a few days to get my back to school clothes. I'm really scared now that I'm going to gain it all back. The diet ends Sunday so I don't know what to do. I've been on a steady diet for the past month or more and I just wanted some quicker results to help me. Everybody told me that this diet would work if I ate sensibly and exercised a fair amount then I could keep it off because I've already lost my water weight. I don't know what to do. Please help me anybody but Laura if you see this would you write back as soon as possible. Thanks!!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 143 - Hey, if anyone is watching their calories, if you buy some chicken bouillion cubes, they are only 10 calories and you can make chicken broth when you are hungry for very little calories! You just boil a cup of water, throw in the bouillion, and let it dissolve. Really easy and its soo good! You can cut of carrots or celery if you want to and put it in there. You can also season it with something, because there are alot of zero calorie seasonings. Also, there is some no-sugar jello that uses splenda that tastes like real jello but has no calories, so if anyone really crazes something sweet, they should try it. And most people on diets probably are craving pop and juice, right? Well just get Fruit2o- zero calories, flavorful taste!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 143 - Hey ppl!! I just ate a plate of lettuce with a little bit of steak cut up in it. Is that ok to eat or is steak not good for losing weight? Is it too fattening?Also, I read something earlier today that says that one apple has the same calories as a single potato chip. Isn't that weird? I mean an apple will fill you up, but nobody will stop at one potato chip. With the amount of calories you eat in one serving of potato chips, you could have ate at least 30-50 days worth of snacks (apples). I'm sticking to apples from now on! Well, let me know about the steak thing and everything.=)

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 204 - Hi everyone, I really need to lose weight. The problem is ive tried everything. I eat 1000 cals a dau of healthy food drink lots of water and use the treadmill to run 30-45 min a day. Ive been doing that for 9 days and I have lost only 1/2 pound. What am I doing wrong. I sat at the table eating carrot sticks watching my mom and sister pigging out on cookies (my favorite kind too [oreos and choc. chip]) and moose tracks ice cream. I didn't even touch them though! I'm so proud! It also worked out good cuz i think i got about 2 or 3 servings of vegetables! lol..well anyways, im proud!

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - Ugh, i hate exersizing. Eating healthy isnt that hard but finding the right exersize is. I cant run anywhere because if I go outside, misquitos will attack me and its extremely hot where I am. I can do stretches indoors because I love doing that but how is that gonna make me lose weight? I need to do cardio but I have no where to do it. I could dance in the house to music but I cant do that for 30 minuites straight. Could I dance for a shorter time? Because dancing makes you really tired after about 5 minuites. I ask my dad if we can go to the gym because we have a membership but we still havent gone yet. Im gonna ask him today but I doubt we will go.
