Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 205 - I want to straigten this whole thing out. I proposed the idea that not eating after 5:30 or 5:00 pm will help you lose weight. Both my parents are doctors and they told me that this is the MOST IMPORTANT part of losing weight. They told me that after about 7:00 your metabolism goes to sleep so EVERYTHING you eat for dinner assuming its after 6:00 becomes fat. I know it will help. My friend went from 196 to 118 in just 2 1/2 months just by not eating after 5:30. Im gonna try it starting today. (Ive been to lazy last week).

I've heard that too. I think it depends on when you wake up and when you go to sleep as well. I've always wanted to try doing that, but in my family if I do anything out of the ordinary (Such as taking a shower at a different time than usual) they harass me until I change back. When I grow a backbone, I'll try it.
