Ht. 5'1, Wt. 146 - hey guys i have started my own diet becouse nothing else semes to work. have to really entergetic dogs and they love to run and play. i put on my rollerblades and really felt the burn last night. i have deticaded 2 hours of mt day to exerscising. (5:30-6:00am and 7:30-9:00pm) and i have been eating much better. i dont drink as much milk or pop as i did. i still drink a lot of milk though.water mostly.and slalads at lunch w/ ranch (have to have it) well good luck to every one

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 210Goal: 140 - Anytime I eat dessert, I always gain 2-3 pounds, unless I have worked out the day that I eat dessert, then I usually stay the same or gain half a pound. Why does this happen, and why is it so hard for me to lose the weight back???

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145lbs - Guyyyyyyssss im so happy. I just had 6 weeks off school, and i thought id put loads of weight on cos i hardly did much exercise compared to normal and i dont dare weigh myself cos i dont wanna be upset. But i put my school trousers (we have uniform) back on today and theyre like way loose compared to what they was 6 weeks ago so that must mean ive lost weight. Which im suprised about. And im happy. Yay.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 185 Goal : 160 - Does anyone have any really good diet tips that worked for them?? My moms side of the family is pretty obese. In fifth grade I weighed 225 pounds and was in womens clothing sizes. But since then I'm now in 8th grade and I weigh a better 185 pounds. I lost a total of 45 pounds in about 6 months on my diet I made up myself. I refuse to join weight watchers or any of those diets. I think I get better results without them. I eat healthy now no more junk food. For breakfest I eat cereal w/ some kind of fruit, then at lunch I'll have a sandwich or somethin like that and for dinner a salad. At night your metabalism slows down so I don't eat after 7p.m. I ride my bike almost everywhere, I do about 150 crunches a night along w/ 50 - 100 push ups. I now wear a 15 juniors and couldn't be happier. I just wanted to share my story of sucess:) But please comment if you have any other dieting tips that will help increase results.
