Ht. 5'8, Wt. 185 Goal : 160 - Does anyone have any really good diet tips that worked for them?? My moms side of the family is pretty obese. In fifth grade I weighed 225 pounds and was in womens clothing sizes. But since then I'm now in 8th grade and I weigh a better 185 pounds. I lost a total of 45 pounds in about 6 months on my diet I made up myself. I refuse to join weight watchers or any of those diets. I think I get better results without them. I eat healthy now no more junk food. For breakfest I eat cereal w/ some kind of fruit, then at lunch I'll have a sandwich or somethin like that and for dinner a salad. At night your metabalism slows down so I don't eat after 7p.m. I ride my bike almost everywhere, I do about 150 crunches a night along w/ 50 - 100 push ups. I now wear a 15 juniors and couldn't be happier. I just wanted to share my story of sucess:) But please comment if you have any other dieting tips that will help increase results.
