Ht. 5'4", Wt. 202 goal: 155-165 - PLEASE HELP ME! i despretely need tips on what to eat, what to exercise, etc. i want to lose about 25 pounds by December 18th... is that reasonable? thanks for all your help and good luck to everyone! PLEASE RELPY!!!

Hey Bethany. That is totally reasonable to lose 25 pounds by December 18. I'm on weight watchers, and what they tell us there is to really concentrate on portion sizes, and exactly what it is that you're eating. For breakfast, I usually have oatmeal, or 2 pcs. of weight watchers bread(which is in most grocery stores today) with 12 squirts of "I can't believe it's not butter spray" and some strawberry jelly. If I'm in a hurry though, I'll eat a yogurt and a piece of fruit. For lunch, I will usually eat a piece of pizza from school or whatever they're serving that day. If you pack your lunch, take a lot of baby carrots and grapes. (fruits and veggies) Take a diet pop, and a ham or turkey sand. with mustard, not mayo. For snack when you get home, microwave some popcorn, or have a rootbeer float. (diet rootbeer and edys slow churned low fat vanilla icecream *it's the best) and for dinner, you can pretty much have whatever you want. BUT STICK TO PORTION SIZES. 1 pc. of chicken, or a half a steak. Stock up on veggies for dinner. Everything that has a nutrition label, look up the portion size and measure it with a measuring cup if you have to. It really does work. But don't starve yourself, and don't deprive yourself of anything that you love. Just have a little bit of it, and I promise you will be satisfied. Well, good luck! I hope this helped!

hey okay eat much less and eat healthy , 3 meals a day walk or swim or both but do it alot and do like 200 situp if u cant do that then start out at tring for 50 and do like 20 pushups it will help good luck
