Ht. 55, Wt. 135 - ok i dont knowwhats wrong with me i gained my weight back from over the summer which sucks! and i have been at school for a month... im 25% body fat and the recomended is 22% so my main goal right now is to get in that range... so i need to drop ten pounds for that to happen... i really want to do this so if any of yall have any advice please help me out

Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 196 - Heyyy. Losing weight is like the best feeling ever. Just wanted to let everyone know that Klondike has a cookies and cream ice cream sandwhich thing that's 98% fat free and it's madd good. There's some sugar, but not too much. I treat myself like twice a week to these things. The other five days a week, I eat only the purest foods. Vegetables, fruits, whole grain cereals, and boiled egg whites. I feel like all i eat is cardboard and anymore. Everything tastes so bland. But my passion for vegetables is growing. I'm finding new love for broccoli and other things i used to find nasty. haha okay b4n

Ht. N/A, Wt. N/A - I don't really know how tall I am, or how much I weigh because I have a scale that I don't trust. It shows a consistent reading, but I think it's off, I don't know for sure. Anyway, I lost a pound!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 131 - Lost 2 more pounds!!! Does anyone know if cheese is negative calories? I had a slice of type of hard cheese called Dubliner and it is 110 calories and 0 fat. I was just wondering if it might be negative calories. Please post back.

Ht. ., Wt. . - i have been comin on this site since i was like 14/15 n im 18 soon. i find it funny that the new ppl and younger ppl post the same fad diets ova n ova jus like other ppl have b4 u no the ones like the negative cal n the 3 day diet. believe me they dnt work. n comments like how do i lose w8? its like every1 is looking for sum magical cure. but there aint 1. the sooner ppl realise that. n stop lookin for magical diets which wokr ova nite. the quicker they willl lose w8. anywayz ttyls
