Ht. 55, Wt. 135 - ok i dont knowwhats wrong with me i gained my weight back from over the summer which sucks! and i have been at school for a month... im 25% body fat and the recomended is 22% so my main goal right now is to get in that range... so i need to drop ten pounds for that to happen... i really want to do this so if any of yall have any advice please help me out

You don't need to lose weihgt for your height, and to lose fat you might want to try weight-lifting, cardio (which burns FAT but adds leg muscle, a good example of this is running up and down stairs), or general toning exercises.
