Ht. 5' 0, Wt. 124 - gawd, i need more will power. i wanna lose 15-25 lbs by january and im too lazy and hungry to do it. january is wrestling season and im kinda obsessed with wrestling. last year i only missed 1 of my teams meets and it was like 3 hrs away and my dads bday. lol. so help me pleaz!!!

Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 194.5 - Okay everyone. Please skip the South Beach Diet and the Atkins Diet and the Grapefruit Diet and all those other stupid diets. You all need to get enough nutrients from each food group everyday. Especially the Atkins. It sucks and can lead to severe problems. If you really think eating bacon, eggs, and cheese everyday is going to help you lose weight - do some more research. Carbs are good and you need them for energy.

Ht. N/A, Wt. healthy - I may be young, but I can tell you guys how to lose. First, Subway is a good way to lose. If you get wheat bread, no mayo or cheese, and get water (NO CHIPS OR COOKIES!) Eat right and exercise, that is the key to successful weight loss. The South Beach diet meals also help you too. Reply if you have any questions.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 143 - yesterday was september 11th!! : ( i watched the filght 93 thing and it made me cry!!! it was so sad!!! i had pictureday today too!! i was laughing when they took the picture. well anyways i just wanted to let yall no that im gunna start going back to the gym well im gunna bike to the gym adn then work out then bike bake home which means etra exersize instead of car. i think its a good idea. and anyway. good luck to everyone. i'm nto really fat anymore at all but i still like going on here because i no what it was like. so sorry if im anoyying anyone with posting

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 150 - Hey, congratulations to everyone on here who has been successful in reaching your goals! It can be hard but if you set your mind to it, you can accomplish it. So, I kinda have a mini success story, I guess you could say. Growing up, I was always pretty small, but when I got to middle school, I gained a lot of weight. I went in and out of stages, chubby, average, chubby again. Anyways, the winter that just passed, I was up to almost 180, so I decided I would do something about it. I ended up losing almost 30 pounds by the summer, but I know I didn't do it healthily. I would go like 2 or 3 days without eating, just drinking water & juice, then I would maybe eat a little bit one day, and continue this cycle. Now my weight fluctuates between 145-150...I look a lot better but I still would like to lose a little more.... (view more)
