Ht. 5'4, Wt. 130 - Hey Everyone... its been a while since i wrote on here.. I have lost 7 pounds in 2 months not what i am lookin for but i guess its an alright start! I know i am not so much as what everyone would say is being "OVER WEIGHT" but i wanna lose at least 10 lbs before December --at my school we have this thing called a "Sweetheart Dance" where girls ask guys! Thats not a problem--I have a boyfriend as of now and we r really close so i don't see anything bad happing between us..he tells me he loves me and thinks i am perfect the way i am i just feel like i could look better exp 4 this dance..4 him at least! maybe u can add on 10 more cardio minutes to your workout. other than that, stay away from sugar and bread as best u can, and you'll lose it by october, at least! aim for 2-3 pounds a week. it may seem hard, but u can do it! i sound like denise austin, huh?

hey just keep doing everything your doing and the slower it comes off the less youll bounce with your weight when your having like a bad day/week. you wont gain it back
