Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - I'm athletic, but have bad stamina when I'm running.I really want to run to lose weight, but I can't run for long periods of time.Do you guys think that running like 3 minutes everyday for a week for 2 weeks and then adding 3 minutes and doing the same thing and continuing it until it gets pretty high will work?Will that gradually make my heart stronger?

YUP! go to it , and itll help u loose weight ,, cut junk food and do that, and ur on the wright track

with running you might want to start out for three minutes and then add about twenty seconds a day and then you will be running six minutes and that will build up your stamina...but you have to push yourself everyday or you are just gonna save it up for one day and morethen likely will not be able to do it

thats sounds like a good idea because your heart is gradualy getting used to it so its a great idea!!
