hey, i'm like that, too...i just try to be to busy for the food that's bad for me. i only eat at school, breakfast, lunch, then i do my hw, and play outside till dinner. if i have a really bad craving, or a little one, i take a shower, read or go to bed. it's kinda hard, but at least i'm healthy. i'm getting better. it's just that i've always eaten a lot, ever since i was 9 years old. all u hve to do is stay away from bread and sugar, and excercise 30 minutes each day.
