It really improves to go to the gym. monday in my weightlifting i ran a mile in 11min and 15sec and well this whole week i have been going to the gym in the morning after school running on the trendmill and doing tae-bo and the stair master, and well friday i had to run a mile in my rotc class i got 9min and 48sec that is such a big difference well i hope this helps ya'll to get motivated to start doing stuff! : )

I've got some great ways to exersize and reduce cravings that we all can learn to love.
1) Play Video games to reduce cravings. I know, it sounds funny, but you won't feel hungry at all by playing them! The best ones are RPGS like Final Fantasey, because their plots make you want to stay more and more.
2) Actually try in gym. Surprisingly, lots of kids want to lose weight, but they never try in Gym. I just realized that last year. You MUST try in gym, and when they want you to run, run all the way. It may seem hard at first, but you'll feel great once you can run for 10 minutes straight.

hi ya'll i've been losing weight for awhile now im 5'8" and i used to be 153(+) lbs and now im around 140lbs... its not much but it took forever cause i lost the weight the right way. now i plan to lose even more weight because i just entered high school and i have gym every morning and we usually jog for a long time and i have cheerleading practice 3 times a week... i just need to make sure i cut back on the pop and ill b okay!!! i just wanted to share that but i have another problem: my mom and the rest of my family get annoyed when i say i wana lose more weight...how can i make them understand its not okay for me to look "jus fine" or "average" i want to be skinny!!! they keep telling me to wait 2 more years to lose my baby fat but theyve been tellin me that since i was 10 so now i jus stop listening them and they need to start listening to me... my parents really dont support me in this!

hi i'm 157 and i would really like some tips to lose teh xtra lbs. my tummy sticks out sooo far. i have like 5 fat rolls i can't wear regular clothes i have to get girls plus. no body makes fun of me in front of me, but i know they do behind my back. oh well if you have any support, pleaz post. ~emily the cubsta

alright ya know that fiber its in foods you should have that alot and skiny people always have breakfest in the morning because it has alot of fiber and it like wakes up your metabolism so hope i helped gl to you all!

hey! long time no see. School is so crazy, along with everything else going on with my life (sports, friends, etc...) I'm still eating well, but I need to try and get back to keeping a journal. Making sure I don't overeat and stuff. I hope it makes a big difference;-) Just a tip for people trying to lose weight-You'll do better with a journal of what you've eaten. Anyways, good luck to all of you, even when life is crazy, keep going with the diet, it's one thing you can count on;-)

11 days ago i started a new diet, i only ate soup like tomato, chicken noodle etc. along with fruit and grape-tomatos and its working great. I lost 8lbs already. I just wanted to know if this is healthy because i'm also drinking milk, water and V8. I also take an occasional vitamin.

I just wanted to tell ya'll about a tip that I got before I started losing wieght about 2 years ago. That would be set mini goals. I was 170 pounds and wanted to be about 135, so everynight I went to bed wishing I would be 135 pounds, and of course, when i woke up in the morning, I was still 170. So, then, I combined calorie counting and exercise, and made a goal of 165, I told myself if I could reach that, then i could do all of it, and 5 pounds didn't seem like such a big deal, and really, it wasn't. I kept doing that. At 165, I aimed for 160, at 160 it was 155, at 155 it was 150, at 150, it was 145. Now I'm at 143 pounds, and yes, i still have a goal of 135, but first it's 140. I feel so much better about myself, and I'm healthier, remember, one step at a time will lead you to a better life!
