S: 184 N:169 CG: 165 - I thnk it's becuase I'm gonna get my period, but today I wieghed myself and I was 169 and not 167. But oh well it's a new month! I's like to be 165 by Christmas. (cg+ current goal) my ultimate goal is 145. Food today: Breakfast: 2 fat free whole grian pancakes with chopped 1/2 of a banana, 2tbs. of sugar free syrup (I'm not going to use it anymore. artificial sweetners! eegad! they're so bad for you!)/no sugar added hot cocoa/Snack: grapes/Lunch: lowfat ham and cheese sandwhich on Italian role, water, South Beach Diet Peanut Butter cookies/Snack: lowfat yogurt with dried apple crunchies inside/Dinner: (plan) two unbreaded, backed, lean chicken drumsticks, baked potatoe with light sour cream and salsa, salad, pudding. Exercise: I'm not sure. It depends how much time I have I will eiither do my 30 workout of my intense 10min. ab routinwith ten weight lifts.

How did I do?
