Tout je reccommend est pour vous prendre de petites étapes. Comme pas tout d'un coup enlever tout excercising de snacks vite prêts et début comme une personne folle, parce que vous juste obtiendrez avez brûlé probablement et cessez (im disant que comme une déclaration générale, n'a pas basé votre caractère personnel), tout vous devez faire premièrement est découpé quelques calories et commence une routine d'exercice facile. Alors, continuer à prendre de petites étapes de là-bas. J'espère que ceci aide :)

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - Yea, well I never wrote hear before but I reall need help. All my friends and my sister are perfectly skinny and even though they eat like pigs they never gain a puond. I really want to lose 30 pounds, but I dont know what kinda foods to eat. You people look like you know so please give me tips.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 96 - i haven't been on for ages but when i was last on i weighed around 260 but now i lost alot of weight i've go a tip for you guys firstly if you don't already at your shool have a exercise club suggest to your gym teacher. i spoke to my gym teacher about wanting to lose some weight a she was really nice about and said she would help me so before school at lunch and after school i would go to her and she would give me exercises to do, its been two years and i have lossed over 160lbs try my method it really works trust me

Morning: 1 pancake w/ pumpkin butter,2 slices Candian bacon,low sugar hot cocoa/Snack: oat/honey granola bar/Midday:ham and cheese sandwhich,fruit cup/ Snack: Healthy Choice veggie soup/ Evening: string beans,1 cup pasta and tuna, fruit (pear), skim milk/Exercise; 30 min total of softbll/drills in P.E.

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184 N:169 CG:165 - - Guys, I'm so depresed :-( Yesrerday I was doing so well, then I binged on some crackers and Smrt Balance...I knwo that sounds weird, but it's true. It's a new month. I have to keep going. I need to regain control and take care of my body!!! My docotr said I need to be at least 140-150, so I wanna be 145. I still have a little more than 20lbs to go...but i should break that down into 5lb goals, right? Any tips on how to get back on track?

Food today: Breakfast 2lowfat, whole grain frozen pancakes with pumpkin butter (not actual butter, LOL), 2 lean slices Canadian bacon/Snack: soy crisps/Lunch: leftover chicken breas (with 1 once of melted cheese on top)/SNack: grapes and Speacial K bar/DInner: pasta and tuna, salad, pear, glass of lowfat milk. I know I didn't get too much dairy in today...but i figure it's a start. I'm gonna try to drink more milk, too. I heard it's suppossed to keep teens leaner. WHat do you guys think?

Ht. 4ft 7in, Wt. 294 - Hi y'all! wuz up? im just gettin' started here and i need some buds to help me lose some weight. ever since i hit 285 i've lost my hour glass figure.
and now i've gained even more and i'm even fatter!
the worst thing that could have happened to any one happened to me 2 years.There's a boy nd he's really cute!!!!and i asked him to the Halloween dance......he just laughed in my face and asked me if i was gonna put on a diaper and go as sumo wrestler. soon the whole school heard cuz he's real popular and they started calling me names like "sumo" & "dreamer"
after that i started to cry and stuff my face. i know this sounds kinda fake but i'm begging u guys........PLEASE help me lose weight!!!!!!!!!!

S: 184 N:169 CG: 165 - Food today: breakfast: lowfat cheese toast (melted on whole gran ENglish muffin), lowsugar lowfatn hot chocolate/Snack: Grapes/Lunch: chicken noodle and veggie soup, rol with ORganic SMart Blalance (SO good...rich and creamy and tastes like butter yet it is made with the right balalnce of fat)/SNack: Yo Crunch yogurt w/ grape-nut crunchies/DInner: soy chicken nuggets, seet potato, string beans, salad, pear and milk. I"ll try to get some exercise i, but i have my period and can't do a lot physically. How did I do?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 140 - I just wanted to say, just because the scale reads really high that doesn't mean it's all fat, consider you're are really masculine then you are really not that fat. muscle weighs more per square centimeter than fat does.
