hi i am 5'1 and 128 pounds.I want to loose 13-15 pounds and want to loose it by christmas giving me about for weeks to loose the wieght.i am going to eat only salad for meals and become a vegitarian.evry morning i will walk for two hours and later at night i willl dance for an hour.please can any body tell me if iit is possible to loose that amout of weight in that time.And i was wondering if anyone needs a buddy.

ok lemme start out by sayin this im hella fat, but my friends say i'm not, even though im over weight, but just recently some1 just told me 2 go on weight watchers, that really hurt. And i know im 15 pounds over weight and all but id like 2 know how i can loose it asap cuz to me 15 lbs is like 100, after i loose the 15 i'd like to loose another 10. THX

Hey i really want to lose weight. I don't know how to start off my diet! Ive been really depressed lately and have been just comfort eating. I can't stand the way I look so i just go eat more and to top things off my friend lied to me and just went off and ditched me for some guy, PLUS the guy i like pretty much wont talk to me cuz i said some guy was cute! I'm starting to hate life, i need to get my diet going so that I'll have SOMETHING to look forward to. PLEASE help! Thanks for whoever answers. :(

Hi. I would like to know if you think i'm fat. I'm 6 foot and weight 190 pounds. I have muscles on my legs and arms that look big. But other people say there puny. I also wear size 13.5 shoe. I have a size 36 waist!!!!! I also wear large collared shirts and extre large tee shirts not to show my gut!!!!!!!!

hi, well I'm 15 yrs. old and weigh around 147 lbs. and I'm 5'3 i would like to lose around 15-20 lbs. i know i can because i have already gone from 198 lbs. to what i am now of course it took time but the last 25 lbs. i lost them in like a month and so far have'nt gained the weight back. so if theres any one out there around my weight and that wants to lose weight please reply so we can give each other some kind of help.

Hey there, I'm not here about myself, but a friend. We were talking the other night and she asked me what my waist was. I told her and she measured herself, now this was online so I don't know what it is, but when she did she said that she was crying. According to tape measure, she's too fat. I'm a 44 and another friend of ours that we were also talking to is a 48. Unless she is 50+, then she shouldn't be crying. She weighs about 175-190, but cause of her height, she's about 5'3", she looks about 210-225. Most of her weight is in her chest and her belly. I think she looks fine, considering her height. But she's upset just because of her waist. I was wondering if there is anyway for me to make her feel better and help her. Thanks to everyone, email me at matrix8909@yahoo.com.
