Ht. 5'2.8", Start: 170 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys!! Im tryin so hard with my food!! I really hope it helps! So I'm not gamma b able to post my dinner 2night but I don't want to forget the food I ate today, so here it is; 1 bowl of oatmeal with 2%rdcdftmlk and a few shakes cinnamon sugar, small cup fruit juice, wtr, 3/4 pizza bread ( cheese and sauce on this crunchy bread stuff), banana, 2 small slices cantaloupe, small slice cucumber, 5-10 corn chips, low fat-trader joes fig bar, water, 1 1/2 cups 2%rdcdftmlk. That's it :) so far today's going well!!! I hope I keep it that way :-) wish me luck! I'll try 2 post dinner with my food 2morro night :) o ya! I think I might've lost a pound!!! Yay!! So thats about it good luck every1!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - So. Sore. That Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is HARD! I feel super good when I'm done but it sure does make my muscles tired. I feel muscles I didn't even know existed. So far I really like the DVD and hopefully with time I'll improve :)

today was great!I had 1 fried egg sanwich(1fried egg,2 peices of toast!),1 small glass of oj,and hot black tea with lemon and 1 tsp of sugar.In between meals i went to work out!::) i did the bowflex for like 1hr/1/2 add all together and i did jumprope for about a half hour added together.All togetber today ive had about 6 cups of tea bc thats what i snack on in stead of doritos::)for lunch i had a baked potato and tea.(it was filling bc i mades mashes'potoatoes out of the middle of the potato.)For dinner we picked up hogies.I had 1/2 of my turkey,lettus,and light creamy italian hogie.(other half is tomorrows lunch!)also i dont think my chat is working at the moment!well wish me luck!<3 u guys::)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 147.5 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - k so today i think went well- i only ate when i was hungry( i lasted thru all my cravings :))-i made sure 2 have some type of vegi cuz yesterday i had none :(. so heres what i ate today: Breakfast: 1 bowl of pb captain crunch with 2% reduced fat milk (that seriusly needs an acronym!!! any suggestions?), and a small clementine. Lunch: 2 whole wheat quasadillas with cheese, strawberry yogurt with a little granola, a small cup fruit juice, chewy granola bar, a peice cantalope, WATER. Snack: small serving coffe ice cream (about 100cal). Dinner:whole wheat sesamie bagel w/ a little cream cheese, banana, 1/2 cucumber w/ french dressing, WATER and more WATER (when i work out i drink tonz! :))
so i think 2day went well... wish me luck 4 2morro!!! my scale is still diff than the 1 @ the gym so @ my house it said 143.5 instead of 144 so ya :) hopefully im losin weight!! :)

But then I said to myself that a domb thing for me to do to myself, so please teens do it,, becuase I had a freind in Pe class begning this year, she looked horible, I was totally scared, for her. I had to explain you going to make youeself very sick.. And I was crying, in tears.. I was 162 pounds at the time,, I was emotal eater. Until Febuary 14, 2011.. Since then, I have not been an emotal eater. My male friend James, helped me, stop, being an emotal eater..
Strveing yourselfs, is very dangreourss,, and smoking is very bad, my older sister is a strss smoker. It makes me, sad,, and I called my male friend, I was strss out and disocurged.. I felt like my life was falling a part.. If you teens are strss out.. Worst thing is to do run away from home. My sister weighs more then, like 30-40 pounds heavier... (view more)

today is goin super good!Ill post after dinner what i ate.Ive been on the bowlflex and jump ropein`. im starting to do strength traning.also untill you do cardio like jumproping,jumping jacks and whatever gets ur heart pumping dont spt train,it willhave no effect bc you have to burn your fat off first :) also look at Aliza`s tip post its awesome!

*dotry not-having serving plates- cuz then you'll just take more
*make sure you really ARE HUNGRY b4 u eat -and ur not just bored or stressed
*for each bite CHEW 30 TIMES -your boys feels more full that way
*drink lots of water: it hydrates you, empties your wates, and MAKES YOU FEEL FULL
*if you like milkshakes there's this healthy version that i use- i guess a "smoothie", its milk, bananas, and some chocolate syrup (i like it :))
*make sure when you eat you only take 1 portion
*if you like chewing on stuff-try gum
WRIGLEY 5 GUM -has this long-lasting flavor (plus chewing gum burns calories)
*try not to snack in-between meals
*food is a SOURCE OF ENERGY- to keep us LIVING

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - hey guys! this is my 2nd post :) (my weight isnt so accurate cuz 1 scale says 150 and 1 says 144) so first id like to thank u guys 4 commenting :) it really helps me to know that people care about what im doing! <3 u guys! secondly, heres what i ate 2day: breakfast: 1 bowl cheerios with 2% reduced fat milk, cup fruit juice, lunch: blueberries,banana, skim milk with strawberry stuff, WATER, oj, a few kettle cooked chips with cream cheese (i was suggested 2 try it) -its actually pretty good :), dinner: banana with a little pb, grapes, 1 whole wheat quesadilla with a little cheese, 3/4 bagel pizza, WATER, 1 cup 2% reduced fat milk. i think 2day went pretty well :) ...ice cream was calling my name all day but i decided fruit wud prob sound better- guess it works :)

i had 2 fried eggs with pepper,1 peice of toast with jelly,1 small cup of oj also i had a cup of hot black tea with 1 tsp of sugar and some lemon.For lunch i had the same thing but instead of oj i had 2 %milk and another glass of tea.in between i had a spearmint leaf gummie thing cuz my moulth tasted like milk.For dinner we were suppost to have garlic chicken but it never got made so i had a bowl of the knock off captin crunch if you compare tht to my post from the other day this is awesome!tommorow will be just as healthy im hopeing!Wish me luck!(also thxx for makeing me do 100 sit ups Aliza15 lol my stomach will thank me lol!)((also Ryan16 get to those crunches XD))

so today is going good,ill pst bacck l8r to give my meal thing.ummmm i was just wonderin what excercises would be most effective with school starting and everything.PS i live like right next to the school so its not a big walk...(but ya know we have a track so i could walk tht)Also if u can give me any advise please post i could use tips.Goodluck!:D

Im hopeing for better meals today.I was on chat last night and Aliza 15 help get my inspiretion from jamie oliver,extream house makeover weightloss edition,and well its embarassing to post what u eat if its bad. so what i eat today should be around 1000 healthy calorie and carbs(a little birdy told me on chat last night,thxx A!)so i acutally got some inspireation from tht wish me luck! :D

Ht. 5'3", Start: 148 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - so this is my 1st time being on the bulletin board, i decided it can't hurt. I guess if you write what you ate that day it motivates you to eat healthier so you don't look bad on the internet or whatever. So today i ate a bowl of cheerios with 2% reduced fat milk,a small cup fruit juice, a whole wheat bagel with a little cream cheese, an oreo yogurt, a "milkshake" (homemade)its the 2% reduced fat milk, bananas and a little chocolate syrup(no ice cream!!!), a small serving lowfat ice cream, banana, salad with dried fruit and lots of vegis, potatos, rice, WATER. it sounds like a lot but its really not bad... i hope :) Heres a tip that i learned to fill you up: for every bite you take CHEW 30 TIMES - ur mind feels more full that way!!! (i apologize for this thing's length)hope 2 write more soon!
