so today is going good,ill pst bacck l8r to give my meal thing.ummmm i was just wonderin what excercises would be most effective with school starting and everything.PS i live like right next to the school so its not a big walk...(but ya know we have a track so i could walk tht)Also if u can give me any advise please post i could use tips.Goodluck!:D

Hey! I'm so glad that today's goin better! Keep it up! I felt so honored that u mentioned me in ur other post! Lol so you should definitely go running on the track or even just around the block! I know crunches are really good for ur stomach muscles. (I was told sit-ups are bad 4 ur back) this person I know did 200 crunches every nite an it really helped her!! ( I'm also commenting cuz u suggested I shud so we cud keep in touch) keep up all the good work!!!!
