Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 79), Goal: 140 lb - So, last week was fine, for me. My diet was very healthy all week, and i lost a few pounds, takling me down from 160-155 around. But this week, i have so much less motivation. It's like, i just want to eat in peace =P Today was slightly better...Ah well, tomorrow's another day..

Ht. 5'5", Start: 173 lb, Today: 161.4 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - So I still have a TON of weight to loose before December. lol.
I find exercise really does suppress my hunger, so if you find yourself hungry all of the time, try some running. :D
My goal for this month is to be 155 by the last day of June.

Ht. 5'4.5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 115 lb - Hey guys, I haven't posted in about two years but now I'm back . When I started I was 160 lbs at 5'0" and I got don to 138 and then I hit a plateau. What should I do? I honestly need help! Any work out suggestions ?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 208 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 125 lb - So I went up from 202 in about a week and you want to know how?No sodas,working my ARSE off and mostly eating salads but also meat and shrimp for variaton and protein.I just dont understand.Im conditioning for a sport at my school and im doing so much,every single day,crunches,push ups,jumps,lunges and running a mile.Im cramping and feeling tired from all this stuff and yet im gaining weight?help!

I don't want start of my freshmen year the way i am. A lot people say i look way lighter than i weigh but i know how much i weigh and im not happy about it! im going to diet and exercise this summer and i've joined an extreme fitness camp and tae kwon do! wish me luck guys(:

Ht. 5'1", Start: 220 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I'm only 9 pounds away from my "goal", although that goal seems kind of pointless now. I was just looking at the BMI chart and apparently I have to be down to 130. That's seems so far away! I've lost 61 pounds, and will have lost 70 when I reach my "goal" and I'm proud of that... it's just that it doesn't feel like enough sometimes. Like last night, I had a sleep over and all of my friends are tiny... I felt so different. When we went swimming I was the only one not wearing a two piece. I don't know... maybe I should just suck it up and be greatful. I'll keep working.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 195 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I have been having problems with my weight for a while now, and I just can't get any weight off. Just because friends tell me I'm not, all the other people have no problem letting me know. I want that to stop. I want to be able to fit pretty clothes, but I just can't lose weight. It's mostly my stomach though. I don't know how to get rid of it!!!!

Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 115 lb - So currently I'm 127.2 pounds. Yaaaaaaah! :D I started my weight loss yesterday and I lost .8 pounds after gaining that throughout May. I literally did not exercise much nor ate healthy during May and I do not know whats got into me! But its okay because June is here for the rescue! lol. I'm hoping to lose at least 7 pounds this month (till I get down to 120)! I know that will be hard but definitely not impossible if I put in as much effort into my exercise and eating regimes. Anyhow, so I'm off to go get some groceries and I will be updating you guys next week. :D I also have a question, now that I'm closer to my weight goal its been really hard to control my cravings, I was wondering what are any tricks that you guys use? Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 247.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - sooo lost a pound in 5 days...eh decent i guess...wish it were more....ran 2 miles this morning and had a bowl of special k...ugh i love ranch tho its sooo hard to give that up...its all im craving but i know its puuuure fat....buuut hopefully ill be seeing the pounds melt off of me more...for lunch im going to have a piece of fish and a can of green beans...can you believe thats only 150 calories!!! I have to buy some more fish because its the last piece...i hate that it is sooo expensive. for dinner tho im going to a steakhouse but im getting a salad...their salads are deliceious but its going to be hard with my family gettin greasy food and telling me to join them. but i am determined to get down to 200 by the time school starts!!! and i can do it...i just gotta stay motivated...which seems to be the hardest thing right now...

Ht. 5'4", Start: 183 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 125 lb - So about July 17th my moms side of the family is having a reunion at this place where all you do is flippin' swim. Well right now I wouldn't be caught dead in a bathing suit. So my goal is to lose at least 10 pounds by then. At most 20, if that's even posssible. I have now found my motivation!!! Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 135 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 125 lb - so it always happens to me that over the summer i lose like twenty pounds because all i do is work out. but then the school year starts and i get stressed and i eat. and then the fall swim team season ends and i no longer get exercise, but i kepp eating like i would when i work out (4,000+ calories a day) and then i start putting weight back on. i hate it. so i was looking forward to this summer thinking that i will lose weight again, but i don't think i can do it anymore. im sick of exercising and i love dessert. im trying to make an effort to be better but i kepp slipping up. does anyone have any advice on staying motivated, or any fun exercises i could use to switch up my routine of swim, run, bike, weight lift?
