Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 125 lb - So I went up from 202 in about a week and you want to know how?No sodas,working my ARSE off and mostly eating salads but also meat and shrimp for variaton and protein.I just dont understand.Im conditioning for a sport at my school and im doing so much,every single day,crunches,push ups,jumps,lunges and running a mile.Im cramping and feeling tired from all this stuff and yet im gaining weight?help!
