hi, i weigh 112 pounds but my best friend wighs 210 pounds. she is very fat and she cant even go in the locker rooms to change in to her sports kit because she is afraid everyone will laugh at her. the other children are cruel to her as they hide her clothes and towels and pull down her underpants. she hates her body and she hate wearing a bathing suit. the other girls make fun of her big breasts and flabby belly. she is very distressed and i want to tell someone about this but she keeps on making me promise not to tell anyone. if i do she will never like me again. also when i ask her to go on a healthy diet plan she refuses and gets angry at me. i dont know what to do because i cant stand seeing my best friend suffer like this and i cant betray her trust.
please help me

hi i am overweight i think this site has motivated me to lose weight.I weigh 168 lbs.My height is 4'10.Can somebody help me lose weight in 4 months. we go to mexico every year and i eant to surprise my family.they are always saying i am too fat.But i hate drinking water.I don't do excersice i am barely starting my diet.it would be of much help.My nickname is fat but in spanish it sounds more like a nickname then a word.i want ot lose about 60 pounds but if i could lose maybe 20 in these 4 moths it would be great.All i want is some tips.I have been fat since i was a baby.pleas help me out I am desperate.thanks

On thursday my whole family want to St. John's and because I din't go for a walk for 5 days I gained 4 pounds. When I left I was 184 now i'm 188. T hate this. I sucks.

who thinks that being 127 and 5'1'' is being fat. all the people i know r at leats 100 pounds. my cousin used to be 140 and now shes 110 and 5'5'' i think she looks too skiny if anyone else thinks thats under weight tell me. oh yeah and if anyone wants to e-mial me my e-mail is sweety_0212@hotmail.com

Hey yall!!! um I know i posted sum stuff on this site about being overweight but i want to tell you about my cousin. He was like 13 or 14 and he wanted to join the football team. He made the team but he could not run as fast as the other guys. So he wanted to do sum thing about it. He went to my grandmas house and did yardwork. He lost about 40 lbs in 6 months by doing yard work. I was kinda happy 4 him but kinda upset. PPl were gazing at him and I was just the fat grandkid. But now im doing sumthing about it. and im getting my own praise. Thanx!!!! ~Rockerbaby~

Ok, wut is up with all these people thinking it's ok to lose weight off of starving or throwing up wut they eat. It's not ok, and my friend almost died over doing that. It really isnt worth it.
