Hi everyone..how much weight do you think I could lose in 4 months? I really need to lose some weight..I'm almost 5'9" and almost 15 and I weigh a little under 200, does anyone have any GOOD ideas where I can lose lots of weight FAST? Please please PLEASE help

i hate to break it to you but there is no weigh to lose weight fast

You should lose ( if you stick to the plan ) about 4-5 lbs the first week, then it goes to about 2-3 lbs for the rest of the weeks. If you eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are full, the pounds will melt off of you very fast! It takes alot of will power though.

This was ( still is ) my plan, I am 5'3'' and 106.5 lbs. Eat only when you are hungry, and if thats hard, cut what you would normally eat in half, or ask your mom ( if she makes the meals ) to give you a smaller serving. Drink lots of water, and take a walk or do some sort of exercise every day. I do Tae Bo 3 times a week, and try and take a walk every day. Also, let your self have some sweets, but only one thing a day, or a small handful or jelly beans or small loose candy. If you are having a hard time with cravings, just eat a tiny bit of what you crave. Also, freeze fruit, its a good, healthy snack.
