Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Hey guys!!! Thanks so much for the compliments and encouragement concerning my diet! Anyways, I just got back from walking....3.50-3.75 miles!!! :D It felt really good; I'm pretty hungry after that, so now I'm snacking on some raisins, which equal about 90 calories, and I'm having some juice, which is like 10 calories per serving of it. Anyways, I feel bad for snacking, specially after 8 PM, but I figure the extra calories will probably be cancelled out by the walking. Anyways, thanks again & best of luck to ya'll!

Ht. 4'9, Wt. 150 - I eat 4-5 small meals a day, but everyday I have lunch at 9:30, but that is too early for my body to even want to have food. The only problem is that my health teacher always thinks I am just skipping my meals and he lectures me everyday. So today I am bringing a homemade banana health smoothie in a waterbottle so he will leave me alone lol.

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. (=]) - i usually eat a fat free hotdog on a wheat bun, but my dad went to the store without me and got white buns. I checked the calories theryres 110 per bun, but there was 180 for a wheat bun. How come white is worse for you but has less calories???
