Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - What are your goals? Both long and short term? My short term goal is to lose 30 pounds by the end of June. My long term goal is to lose 50 pounds by september and 60-80 pounds by March of next year.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - Well HEY EVERYONE...I'm happy to report I've lost 22-25 pounds, it fluctuates and it pisses me off but hey, thats how it happens. So with that being said I would like to lose 20-25 more pounds by the end of June. And atleast 40-50 over the summer, most likely 40 if I push myself. Every morning I have cereal and fruit, lunch I have some type of sandwhich and for dinner either I have a baked skinless chicken breast with two sides of veggies and water, If I choose not to have that I will have whatever everyone else has for dinner but in an extremely small portion. And also I will try to squeeze in two snacks into the day, also 8 glasses of water or 4 bottles. I want this so bad now I can taste it, with this small success I want my victory...replys anyone? its appreciated :)...good luck to everyone else with their goals!

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - dinner was a cup of my mom's special pasta (very healthy), salad, and some bread. i also had one of those weight watchers desserts, it was a sundae with like 200 cal and only 4 grams of fat or somehing. how'd i do?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I had kinda a rough day. I am taking the state testing and its now a graduation requirement, so people are forcing me to eat large breakfasts. I don't particularly like eating loads in the morning because it makes me feel sluggish (I eat, but not a lot), and I like to balance my calories throughout the day. And while I was doing my workout I ran for 5 minutes straight so that was pretty good, but 3 of my friends were freaking out over the same assignment so i kept getting interupted in the middle of my treadmilling. I still burned off 250 calories and 30 carbs, plus all of my squats and stuff, but I could have done better I guess. I hope ya'll had a good day both diet wise and everything else. =D

Well, so far I've had a pretty great day *except for those 3 hersey kisses I had with lunch* but oh well..i love chocolate... Anyways..keep up the good work people!
