Ht. 5'3", Wt. 203 - I am wanting to lose about 10 pounds by my graduation, which is may 20th, because my dad's family is coming up, and they are super judgmental about weight, they like to flaunt everything the got, and one of those things is thin bodies :(. So here's what my plan is: fruit for breakfast, soup or sandwich for lunch with veggies, fruit or veggies as a snack, then whatever my mom cooks for supper, just a little serving of everything. For exercise I am planning on going for a 25 minute walk every day but Sunday, and after walking doing some streching and crunches and push ups for 10 more minutes. My family is also probably going there around Thanksgiving,so do you think with this plan I can lose 10 pounds by may 20th, and 65 by Thanksgiving time??? Thanks

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - okay well today i had a muffin (lowfat) a yogurt, and a pear for breakfast. my lunch was a cup of pasat w/veggies, another yogurt, and a banana w/ peanut butter. i have to make up for yesterday!

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 218 - Hey,so back from spring break it was soo fun i layed out and got super tan i swam and walked like 5 miles a day on the beach,i gained three pounds...so im really upset about that... i know ive swore to stick to my diet before but i decided finally today i have one year to lose weight by next springbreak and lose all of it by the end of summer 2007....im gonna need alot of support though so if ne Body is close to my size maybe we could be weight buddys or something...please tips or nething will help THANKS

Right now, I've been trying to drink 8 glasses of water per day, and I've previously cut out chocolate and junk food (though I admit to having a peanut butter egg yesterday...). My mom is also losing weight, and she has lost around 20 lbs. She started back in December. She has said it would be easier for me, since I'm younger and have a faster metabolism. Anyways, we have been walking 1 mile - 2 miles each day. With the area I live in, it is a bit more strenuous because of the hilly terrain and such. My short term goal is a weight loss of 15 lbs. I was speaking with a friend though, and she said that at our age, I could lose 30 lbs by August with the right diet and exercise. Anyways, I've been overweight my whole life, and I'm hoping this will become a time of change for me. This is the first time I have sought this sort of support. Anyways, that's all for now. I might try posting later to give all of you an idea of my day of diet and exercise, so you might have some tips of what I can work on.
