Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - back to school means start workout i have 7 weeks to lose as much as i can! i woke up 10 minutes early i did 100 jumping jacks, 100 with a jump rope, and 100 cunches....im gonna do 100 of each when i get back from school PLUS an hour of speed walkin on the treadmill...sound any good? i really needa workout plan so ANYONE! that got results quickly please helpa girl out,,,,

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 163 - can you tell me how i did so far? breakfast:bowl of special k cereal red berries(fat free skim milk)not alot tho Lunch-3 strawberries and a salad snack-one yoplait yougurt 100cals with a lil granola excerise-going to cheer practice then walking 4 miles good or no?? i wanna loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks any good tips?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I NEED A BIT OF INPUT HERE GUYS! Since my last post got no input lol. Tommorow I am wiping this bad weekend of food clean. BREAKFAST-Honey Nut Cherrios with 2 percent milk. LUNCH-Ham & Cheese Sandwhich on wheat w/ a granola bar and water. DINNER- W/E my dad makes in a really small portion OR baked skinless chicken breast, can of string beans and 1 cup of minute rice. Water all day, two snacks (fruit cups or whole fruit). As for exercise, Riding my stationary bike for 30 minutes and playing DDR until I burn 500-600 cals...the time always varies lol. INPUT...PLEASE!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Ugh. I treated myself with a meal this week because I had been following a vegetarian/organic diet for the whole week. I allow myself to eat something normal so I don't go crazy. Its not like I binge. I ate a homemade cheeseburger for dinner. I still worked out, I still ate healthy foods for breakfast and lunch. It keeps me sane. Its what keeps me from binging after I meet my goal weight like I did before.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160? G-120 - so this is my plan for tomorrow. Breakfast- 1 cup of cherrios with 1 cup of 1% milk [210 calories together] and a water bottle after i brush my teeth. Lunch- a smuchers uncrustable pp&j sandwich and a light yogurt [310 cals all together] and a water bottle. After school snack is going to be 2 oatmeal cookies [150 calories together]and a glass of 1% milk. dinner i am having a bologna and cheese sandwich on white bread [140 cals per slice of bread since i am out of whole wheat] . Exercise will be 45 minute walk after dinner. and running from the Pacer test in gym in the morning. [A LOT of running lol] i added it up and it comes out to be ABOUT 1,317 calories for everything.. So what should i add or sunbract from this to make it healthy because it doesnt seem healthy to me, and i dont know what to do, ANY HELP? please! i want to make sure i am eating healthy =] thanks so much. good luck to everyone!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - ugh. I am having another one of those days where I berate myself for letting me get this big. I know I can't change the past, only the future, but its hard to accept that I am 195. I know that as I have lost 10 pounds in past 2 weeks, I can reach my goal of a muscular 130 my Christmas, but its so long away. Sigh. Why isn't weight loss so rapid you are like "wow!!!" Hahaha.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Hey y'all! I'm new here but need lots of help...I've been trying to lose weight for 5 years and I just kept gaining. I was an avid basketball and volleyball player in junior high but I quit sports altogether when I reached high school and decided to focus on my grades. I am now in the 11th grade and taking a full load of high school classes plus three different college classes after school in another town. I am always so stressed out and use food to make myself feel better. Food was a major comfort when this one jerk played me over Christmas after he led me on for a year and a half...and I would really like to lose weight to show him what he is missing out on. I would really appreciate it if someone would take the burden of being my weight-loss buddy...I just can't go through it alone anymore. Thanks.
