Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160? G-120 - so this is my plan for tomorrow. Breakfast- 1 cup of cherrios with 1 cup of 1% milk [210 calories together] and a water bottle after i brush my teeth. Lunch- a smuchers uncrustable pp&j sandwich and a light yogurt [310 cals all together] and a water bottle. After school snack is going to be 2 oatmeal cookies [150 calories together]and a glass of 1% milk. dinner i am having a bologna and cheese sandwich on white bread [140 cals per slice of bread since i am out of whole wheat] . Exercise will be 45 minute walk after dinner. and running from the Pacer test in gym in the morning. [A LOT of running lol] i added it up and it comes out to be ABOUT 1,317 calories for everything.. So what should i add or sunbract from this to make it healthy because it doesnt seem healthy to me, and i dont know what to do, ANY HELP? please! i want to make sure i am eating healthy =] thanks so much. good luck to everyone!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - i needa a work out plan...and if theres anyone that wants to do it with me so i have motavation...like what are sum of your guys work out plans...put like how many set, what times, etc...and if its helped you i have 1 month to lose as much as i can cause im have my sweet 16

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - ugh. I am having another one of those days where I berate myself for letting me get this big. I know I can't change the past, only the future, but its hard to accept that I am 195. I know that as I have lost 10 pounds in past 2 weeks, I can reach my goal of a muscular 130 my Christmas, but its so long away. Sigh. Why isn't weight loss so rapid you are like "wow!!!" Hahaha.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 187-190ish G :90ish. - Ugh no matter how little, how healthy or w/e I eat I still can't looose weight even if I exercise a TON I'm tired of my mom bugging me about her 20 lbs she lost and I want to get down to 90-100 so I can shut her up. I'm tired of being overweight I'm going to go get on the exercise machine for an hourish soon all I ate today was a hoagie roll which is ham cheese tomatoes an manoyase on a roll...

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Hey y'all! I'm new here but need lots of help...I've been trying to lose weight for 5 years and I just kept gaining. I was an avid basketball and volleyball player in junior high but I quit sports altogether when I reached high school and decided to focus on my grades. I am now in the 11th grade and taking a full load of high school classes plus three different college classes after school in another town. I am always so stressed out and use food to make myself feel better. Food was a major comfort when this one jerk played me over Christmas after he led me on for a year and a half...and I would really like to lose weight to show him what he is missing out on.
I would really appreciate it if someone would take the burden of being my weight-loss buddy...I just can't go through it alone anymore. Thanks.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - My breakfast was slice of whole wheat bread with an egg white and a glass of orange juice. Question: Why is egg white better than the yellow egg stuff? Egg white tastes boring without the yellow stuff lol

G-120 - so far today i had a bowl of frosted mini wheats with whole milk- about 280 calories all together?..... a smuckers uncrustables peanut butter and jelly sandwich [210 calories] 4 pancakes with syrup-i dont know how many calories and 4 glasses of water. and i dont know what i am going to have for dinner. and exercise is going to be cleaning the house, 50 crunches, and 30 minutes of running in place. so how do you guys think i did? i know i messed up with the pancakes and syrup. PLEASE REPLY AND TELL ME HOW I DID!!!!!!! thanks!!
