Ht. 5'6", Wt. 191 - special k isn't bad for you- but if you olook at it, it's not that great for you either. if you're going to do the special k diet- switch out the special k with an all bran cereal- you'll gety a lot more nutrients and fiber- and with more fiber you will lose more weight!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 235 - Hello everyone! my first post here! Im on a healthy eating plan to loose weight! I did great today. But Im worried i wont have the inspiration to keep going tomorrow and the next day....all i wanna do is eat chocolate all the time....its pathetic! I really really want to loose weight....ive been trying for years and i have managed to sometimes. I lost 2 stone, but put it back on. Which is the WORST feeling in the world! Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - ok right i am so stressed with school and i have no time to do anything but school so i end up eating bad and i cant excersize, right now is the only time i have stopped working since 2 when i got out of school but even now i only have like 10 minutes to "relax" it's been like this for a while now and i am sick also so i am gaining back weight that i lost i need help bad get back at me

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 245 - So today was a hugely stressful day, and naturally I ended up eating a bunch of junk. Now I just feel really let down and sad because I'm six days into this whole healthy eating thing, and already I've screwed up. How can I change my habits for a lifetime if I can't change them for a week? I'm going to get right back into it tomorrow, but for now I just feel like I've let myself down. Anybody else have similar experiences?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160? G-120 - so today i for breakfast i had a bowl of cherrios with 1% milk. lunch i had a smuckers uncrustables pp&j sandwich and a yogurt [310 cals all together]. i went out and got whole wheat bread. so Dinner is going to be a bologna and cheese sandwich on whole wheat and a water bottle. Snack. was 2 oatmeal cookies [150] and a sugar cookie [70] exercise is a 45 minute walk with my mom. and i did the pacer test in gym today. so how did i do today?
