Once a week i would weigh but no more than that(remember you didnt gain it over night so you wont lose it overnight)then i would eat ONE thing that i truley wanted whether it was a candy bar or a couple of tacos,but remember dont go overbored and dont fall off your diet! Anyways i lost the weight by doind what i just told you and i wasnt in agony and miserable because i didnt feel deprived. Whatever you do dont do the grainbars and apples and tofu "diet"unless you really like it becaue you have to be realistic and ask yourself...am i going to eat this way for the rest of my life? we like REAL FOOD!! anyways i have kept it off for a year now...i still exercise but only 3 times a week...and i have found that my stomach can only handle that one hamburger , not 2 ham and fries like it use to..i still weight once a week and if i gain 3 pounds then i immediatley up my excercise and cut back and then the next week i'm fine again and this is how i have maitained. hang in there the wieght will come off and with every pound you will have more and mope confidence and that will give you the desire to follow threw. One more thing i did was i would get one outfit(that didnt fit me) and hang it in my closet and when i was a size 20(yes i said 20 ladies) i would get a size 18 and every month i would try it on till it would fit me then a size 16...until eventually it was a size 7! just remember you can do this and you truley dont have to be miserable doing it...i'm living proof. i hope my story helped some of yall and if you have any questions just ask! Ht. 6'0, Wt. 214 - breakfast-oatmeal snack-popcicle dinner-soup and a hotdaof no bun...ugh im so worn out i started running and quit after honestly one minute because i was so tired ugh! and my mom asks me everyday how much weight have you lost? and im always like obviously not enough then she gets mad at me for yelling at her and usually me and my mom get along great but not this week!just cant wait for this week to be over!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. s:185 c:154 g:150 - I don't see what I am doing wrong. Can anyone point it out? A normal day for me eating-wise consists of breakfast: a small bowl of organic cereal w/ soy milk. lunch: tuna on wheat bread, no fat fruit snacks, water and some small treat. snack: non fat plain yogurt with organic granola and sunflower seeds. dinner: whatever my family makes (which is healthy cuz all we have in this house is organic stuff *my mom is getting to be a health freak now, even though she doesn't need to lose any weight*). Exercise: Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, i run. Every weekday i have track and we run ALOT. Then on tues. wed. and thurs, i have track+gym right before it. Example, today we ran a mile in gym, then right after that, i ran more than a mile and a half in track. half of that was sprinting too. I haven't lost any weight in a while though! I drink plenty of water and have been doing this routine for 2 weeks now. If anything, i've gained a little, although i don't look it. I dont like this one bit.

Ht. 5,5", Wt. ssh! not til im thin - Things are starting to turn positive! I am so happy! I feel great and I have been doin well in P.E! I feel that I have lost some weight which is great and I have been eating healthy foods which is so not like me! For breakfast I had raisin bran crunch, for a snack I had a nutri-grain bar, for lunch was a ham and turkey sandwhich (with lettuce tomatoes) and I had a subway sandwich with apple juice and i was drinking water most of the day! YAY!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 lbs. - I absolutely hate my flabby, disgusting body. I try to eat healthy and I'm not doing too badly. My problem is exercising. I hate sports(trust me i've tried everything) and I don't have enough time to go on walks long enough to burn many calories. Do you think jumping on a trampoline for about 20 min a day is good? My friends are too busy to go to the park or anywhere like that with me. And when we do end up doing something like that, its about once a month. I would like to play golf, but thats not very active. Everything I like to do is inactive(piano, baking, sewing, target archery). What would absolutely change my life is losing 20-30 lbs so i could be in the "healthy weight range" Please help me!!! Have any advice for me? THANKS

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162.5 - So today I ate, for breaky: A bananna & 2 bowls of rice krispies (no sugar), for lunch, slimfast with a bananna, For a snack I had a bowl of yogurt. For dinner I had a turkey wrap with baby carrots. Now I'm eating a apple. It seems like I ate alot today, does it to you? I didn't do 2much exercise, still sore from yesterdays workout lol. I walked 1 km, danced for about 45mins, did 20 crunches, 50 jumping jacks, some weight lifting.... All I drank today was water by the way, I know my breakfast wasn't the best bot oh well, how do u think I did?

Ht. 5'4.5'', Wt. 146 - How do yall think ive done so far? Breakfast; Light whole wheat french toast with sugar free syrup with half a cup of berries and 2 glasses of water. Snack: Whey protein bar with half a cup of peaches in light syrup with sweet n low and another 2 glasses of water. Lunch: Ligh mac and cheese *whole wheat pasta* with a cup of mixed greenbeans and carrots and a side salad with fat free ceasar.
