Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Hey guys I successfully lost 51 lbs in a year but I did that without counting cals like strictly. I of course eliminated all the bad foods from my diet and cut out the sitting around and stuff and getting up and working out and walking everywhere. But I'm still not at my goal weight and it's taking a long time so should I start counting cals/carbs like most dieters do? or just do what I'm doing. I dunno :( it's just taking forever to get to 130.

Too much - Here is what I did for those that wanted to know: Breakfast: two scrambled egg whites, slice of wheat bread Lunch: Fruit in organic or ice smoothie form (very healthy) Snack: If I am actually hungry I will eat a hardboiled egg white, or a slice of wheat bread toast with Smart Balance butter (no trans fats). For Dinner I have a healthy choice meal or I have a veggie burger with a small sprinkle of cheddar cheese on it, along with a small glass of milk. Working out I did a 1.5 mile walk with my dog around our hilly neighborhood. I would take a break and do some homework then I would find something on television to watch, do 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.4 mph at an incline of 8-10, or I would run on a 0 incline for a few minutes at 5.5mph. Ht. 5, Wt. 157 - Hey guys. My name is Teresa and I'm in 9th grade. I want to lose 40 pounds by August. Do you guys think I could do it? I guess I just won't eat as much. I'll cut out coke, tea, ect. and I'll just drink milk and calorie free tea and stuff. I'll also exercise more and quit watching so much t.v. I'll walk more, because that is easiest for me. Do you guys think I can do it? I want your honest opinion.

I got one of their new Frescata sandwiches with the Baked Lays and Dasani water. It was all really, really good. Together it had about 570 calories as well, which I don't think is too shabby at all. I didn't eat breakfast today (bad I know!), so that's been my intake so far today. Earlier, I also had a bottle of green tea, no calories, and it tasted really good. I'm thinking that I'm going to try to drink more of it, more often. Anyways, I noticed that someone mentioned how did I lose the pounds that I've lost so far. Lately, I've been trying to cut down on portions as well. My snacks usually consist of bananas or raisins. Most of all, I don't give up. I have plenty of bad days, but I just try to make up for it, by walking farther or trying to limit my intake the rest of the day, or else I just jump back on the wagon. Anyways, that's all for now. Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - Well I've officially done so bad this weekend I have to start fresh Monday...I continue to workout this weekend playing DDR and such. This weekend messed all my healthy eating, everything was fried :(. Ive been drinking 8 glasses plus a day. I want to lose 3-5 pounds by next Sunday. Another thing, could someone give me a meal plan where I eat 1200 cals a day cause I eat just three meals, cereal for breakfast (honey nut cheerios with 2 percent milk), lunch a ham & cheese sandwhich on wheat w/ mustard. snack-fruit cup or granola bar. dinner is w/e my dad makes unless i have a taste for skinless chicken breast with veggies....ANY IDEAS...I NEED INPUT!!! lol!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 195 - Hey guys so it is that time of the month for BLAH...today i hav eaten b-fast:instant oatmeal 2 lil packets(plain kind with a lil brown sugar i added, lunch:Baked potato soup and asiago bagel, Dinner:tunna salad I have drinkin water today and i am hopin to get out and jump rope around a lil bit tonight and then hopefully do some crunches and leg lifts...how does all of this sound I think it has been my best day so far....

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 245 - So I've been doing really well as far as my eating goes, but I can't seem to find the motivation to exersize. I have a treadmill...but I get really bored after about fifteen minutes, even listening to music. Anyone have some ideas as to what I can do that will get me moving without boring me to death? Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I just did my morning exercise, I burned 250 cals on DDR, dont remember how long it took lol. I had a really bad breakfast, not even worth mentioning, probably 600-700 cals all together, very bad. so for the rest of the day, only fruit and my fruit cups, for lunch i'm having a tuna sandwhich on wheat, no mayo just this low fat sandwhich spread i use and for dinner the same thing. Sat. and Sundays my family always makes bad breakfasts. I wanna lose 30 pounds by the end of June so I am going to start having just plain cereal for breakfast 7 days a week. later on i'm going to workout on DDR again to burn 200 more cals then at the end of the day I wanna burn 500-600 more, how does this sound? BTW my fruits will come from apples, oranges and my pre-packaged 70 cal peach cups and i'm drinking water like a fish lol, INPUT?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - tomorrow i am going to be so much better! and everyday after that too! i am sick of not fitting into my clothes, sick of guys not noticing me. sick of not being healthy. i am SO SERIOUSLY DETERMINED to do this, this time! i want to lose 40 pounds by september. i plan on eating about 1300 calories a day, and lose 2 pounds a week. ive tried to do this since february but all i did was eat. not this time. by next sunday, i plan to be 2 pounds lighter. i messed up my whole day today and this is why i am so mad and so determined to do it starting tomorrow. a new beautiful healthy me...here i come!
