Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - I really need help. I just got back from the lake and seen the pictures. I almost cryed. I am so big. I am going back to the lake july 4th. I would really like to lose 10 pounds by then. If anyone has any tips please let me know. I am doing the biggest loser dvd everyday. i am just having a really hard time eating healthy.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 198 - Ok, so today is the last day of senior year and it should be easy and relaxing and fun but it's NOT!!! It's stressful because we're having a party in every class and there's chips and brownies and cookies and soda and I'm like AHHHH!!! My contribution to all of my parties is a bag of apples which I feel good about, but it's REALLY hard not to eat chips and brownies, etc. I did have some chips 2nd period but things should get better because my next party is an ice cream party and I don't like ice cream so I should be ok. Alright, adios for now, wish me luck in my pizza party later!

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 190 - I heard the weight you should go by is that for 5 feet you should be at 100 pounds and then weigh 5 pounds more for every inch after that. But, stay in the vicinity of 10 pounds of that. So I need to lose 30 pounds!

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 170 - Okay, well i really want to loose 20 pounds before highschool starts in the fall. My goal is to loose 20 pounds and start to get more abs. what do you think is the best way to do this. What is a good eating plan and exersize plan.
