Ht. 5'7, Wt. ?? - ok, well i've been eating super good forever but during the school year i didn't get much excercise so that's why i think i didn't lose much weight. but school's out and i have a pool in my backyard and so far i have been swimmng every day so i think (and hope) i will starty losing weight more rapidly, and yeah, i know weight loss takes time but im not that overweight so it's kinda hard for me to lose it anyway. happy summer (even if school'd not out yet) ppl! =D

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - Today I ate.... 1/4 of a cup of yogurt half a tuna sandwich A few baby carrots 2 cups of Special K A Yogurt bar A cheese string A plum this came to about 800 cals..how'd I do? plus im gonna do 100 situps, 20 squats and 20 lunges.GOOD?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 170 - I have put on AT LEAST 20 pounds this year....what a bummer. tomorrow is my all new diet. 5 small meals a day and lots of excerises. Im think tons of jumping rope, softball, and basketball. Im hoping to lose 40-45 pounds asap(or before august) Im pumped!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Well I tried on an old pair of jeans and they fit! They are the same size as my old "fat" jeans from 23 pounds heavier, but these arent all stretched out from overuse. I feel skinny! Well...skinnier. I still have 52 pounds to go until I am at my goal...

I've gained a little more weight back, and I'm ready to get it back off.I hope to lose 13 pounds in the course of two and a half months. In one month though, I'd like to lose 7 pounds. Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - One thing I have noticed on here a lot is that people reccomend low sugar and fat foods, which is not bad in itself, but there is more to weight loss than fat and calories. Watch out for high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated ingredients and trans fats. I know I am not a fitness guru or anything, but I do a lot of research and my dad works with nutritionists, and when those factors were included in foods not so long ago obesity picked up rapidly. You can still eat sugar and everything, just avoid artificial sweetners. They have been shown that when used a lot they can cause cancer. My great grandmother ate well balanced meals and never at fat-free or artifitially sweetened foods and she lived to a ripe old age of 101. Try organic foods of your favorites. They taste almost the same and you wont get all those crappy hydrogenated oils and corn syrup. Ya'll can do it!
