Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - It's stupid. I dunno why people think that I'm anorexic or something...just because I don't eat infront of themm sometimes, it doesn't mean that I don't eat at alllll. I even tell them that I already ate or that I'm not hungry but they just don't believe me. I hate this, it's so dumb. Anorexic people are mostly skin and bones anyway and I'm skin and meat....just because I lost 51 lbs within a year and a half doesn't mean I did it by nottt eating. Why can't people just except the fact that I did it the healthy way? and besides I am HIGHLY AGAINST Anorexia and the whole Bulimia crap...it piss's me off. ***Also, I still need to get a new scale...I haven't checked my weight since March and I don't know whether I lost or gained! grrr.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 145-150 G:120 - OK, yesterday I didn't do so hot---I had cereal for breakfast then for lunch pizza (I know, not good) and then for supper my family got fast food I sould have got a salad but I ate a hamburger, fries and ice cream, no soda. But, today I think I've done a little better I had toast and a peach for breakfast, for lunch I think I'll have a apple and peach and for supper maybe a lite salad. What do you think?

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 186.5 - ok so i have volleyball again today for 2 hours...i know how you guys on here talk about craveings and stuff but i have never had a craveing yet and i havent even wanted bread,potatoes,pop,diet pop,cookies chocolate ETC. or anything like that even when my friends and family are eating that stuff and ask if i want any i dont even think twice about it i just say no...is it weird that i dont get craveings or just luck haha? BYE!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 176 - omg! My dad works for the fitness 24 gym and the one in our neighborhood closed down and they gave my dad a whole bunch of equipment really cheap. So now I we have a treadmill and elip trainer a station bike and a whole bunch of other workout stuff, its like a having the gym at home!!!! yey!!!!

Ht. 6, Wt. too much - Okay so today i am really going to start my diet!! i am on weight watcher and i am really going to drink a lot of water and exercise. i just get nervous because i can never stick to it for more than a month. any tips for self control or if u have ever been on weight watchers?

G: 30+ lbs lighter - hey guys! i hope all your goals are working for you :]. as for me, my goal of losing 3o lbs is well on its way ;] haha. i haven't been real strict like i should be if i want to lose that much before hs, but at the end of june/july, im either going on the "Abs Diet", or the Curves diet. trust me, i have done my reserch, & they are not fad diets that will cause you to gain all the weight back. the abs diet seems really good. there is a book that i got of it. but making sure to include lots of protein on your diet is so critical. not only is like all the food listed that i can have (on both the abs & curves diet) but it aims in weight lose. it also repairs your muscle after exercise. well, i hope all is going well for you. :]

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - hi my MAJOR diet isnt starting until like next wednesday..cuz i'm shoppin on tuesday. but until then i'm dealing w/ what i have and trying to cut my intake down.. Today i had a bowl of cheerios, a sandwich witha banana....chicken breast..strawberries, and a 50 cal. popsicle...is that too much? i cant tell.....cuz it didnt seem like it cuz it was all spread out..wat do you guys think? please reply

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 210 - so what do you guys think: i had had a granola bar for breakfast cuz i was late for summer school. and since i had to walk there today i needed to leave really early. for lunch i had a thing of water and half of the schools pizza (that in itself is not healthy, nothin at school can be right? ;D) anyways then, actually just a little while ago, i had a plate of veggies stuff...umm well it's a mexican dish (i don't know what it's called really) but i know it's not cooked with much. actually it's just the veggies themselves cooked with chicken breast (is that good?) all in water. ya i know it sounds yucky but it's actually really good. so anyways and a little bit of penuts. and for exercise: does my walk to school count? it takes me 30 to 40 min to get there. but maybe it's too early or somethin. like i said before i'm new to this and have close to know idea what to do. so ya if you guys can give maybe a little help that'd be sooo appreciatted. thanx!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 150 - Hey guys lets see what you think about how i did today. Well to start out i didn't have any breakfast because i woke up at 11:00 to some guy cleaning our carpets. I then had like a fruit snack for i guess lunch because i wasn't hungry and that was 100 cal. Next for i gues a bit of a snack i had a fat free fudgesicle 70 cal && like 5 bing cherries. And to top it off for dinner I had half of a cheeseburger no bun and like 15 french fries. I didn't have any excercize today but i thought it was okay because I didn't eat that much. I was too busy to think about food and I think i'll try that more often. OKAY post away.
