Ht. 5'3, Wt. Idk - ughhh ive finally discovered my problem: IM ADDICTED TO EATING. For example, I'll have lunch..then eat a cookie..then a few minutes i'll go back and get another cookie..etc..i cant stop !! HELP?!?!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. idkk. - Yesterday. Breakfast-Half of a Chocolate Muffin. Snack-Cheese Wrap thing. Lunch-97% Fat Free Turkey Sandwich on White Bread with Weight Watchers 100 calorie yogurt. Dinner-Vegetable Soup, Mac n cheese. Snack-Half of a Cheese Egg Omelette. BUT, i had cheerleading for an hour and a half, i ran for 15 minutes. i raked and mowed my backyardd for like a total hour or two. i did some tumbles. i did like 10 pushups. and i played DDR workout mode for an hour. it said i jogged 2.5 miles and burned 250 calories. was all that good?

Ht. 5"5, Wt. 150 - i'm so happy (:. I lost *5* pounds and I'm gonna keep it up. i've been chewing a lot of sugarless gum, and LOTS of celery. there's some rumor that it takes more calories to chew than it puts into your body

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 132 - Ok for Sammi, who was wondering how much I lost. I use to weigh 175 pounds, which was like my peak weight. That was in 7th grade. During that summer I worked really hard and lost like 30 pounds! with the help of my relatives. Then I kind of eased off the whole lose weight, but I still lost 5 pounds in 8th grade. So in two years I lost 35 pounds! Then highschool started I kind of slacked off from exercise, but I didn't gain weight, amazingly. But now I'm back to eating healthy and exercising. In the past three weeks I've lost 8 pounds! So yeah adding all the time and weight, I'd say it took me about three years to lose 43 pounds. Which may seem long, but I did slack off for one year.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 136 - mk so i'm off...i really want to lose a lot of weight for homecoming which is at the end of the month...currently i'm at 136 and hope to lose like 20 pounds by then and i know i can if i stay focused on my goal...of working out for 2hours a day and eat like 500-900 calories a day...i really wanna look sexy and good looking for homecoming cuz then the boys will actually want to dance with me and it will be fun! ahhh can't wait...plus there is a certain guy i especially wanna impress...day one!...in 19 days i WILl be at my goal!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 145 - whats up every1...i came to this site like a few years ago wanting to lose weight really bad, but just never had the will power in doing so. so last year when i was 16 i decided that it was time to lose weight...so all i did was eat my breakfast,dinner,supper in smaller portions with water with every meal and i walked about 4 times a week for like 40 mins,and never ate after 8 oclock...i was 205 lbs and now i am 145 lbs...so i lost 60 lbs in 7 months....i know it may be hard but i also tried to not eat junk food while i was on my diet and sumtimes i did but i learned that its ok to have that piece of cake on ur bday and stuff...just dont make it a habbit of always eating it..cuz it aint good for u at all lol....on my whole journey to losing weight i did not to any kind of exercise...only walking alot...trust... Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - hey i think im about 150. im not sure. but not more than 160. i hope. so anyway on december 15th theres a dance at my school. i wanna look really good. and plus i want the boys to actuallly want to dance wit me. theres also a dance on march 16th. AND prom. plus i wanna b fit for wen i start hs. everyday i watch wut i eat. try to drink only water. and i do this ADVANCE dance workout dvd every day that i can. which is about everyday. so how much weight do u think i can lose by then?thank u guys and good luck with your goals and pleez respond.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 132 - is it bad to binge on fruit? I know they're healthy, but like some days I have like 4 to 5 servings of fruit a day. Sometimes even more. is it possible to have too much fruit? also what fruit should you not have too much of? like avacados, and such.

Ht. 5ft. 5", Wt. 169.8 - Breakfast: 1 English muffin with half a wedge of Light Laughing Cow cheese, 1 Kashi Granola Bar (lots of nuts and grains), and a yogurt whip. I don`t really do bike-riding, but I just rediscovered my old Razr scooter! It`s fun and I can still ride it As a matter of fact...it`s time for a test drive! See ya later! :0)

Ht. 5'6 1/2, Wt. C:170 G:150 - I'm doing the thing where you eat dinner, lunch then breakfast. For the people who think its about over all calorie intake: you're right! I'm doing this so I will burn off the food in my stomach early in the day that way I will be fasting at night for a longer period. woke up at 11:00 so 11:00= carrots, potatoes, chicken,veggie mix with rice in a small bowl 3:30: serving of BAKED tostios(bite size) with serving of spicy salsa +one skinny cow (total cals so far=1000) which is perfect as it leaves 300 min for breakfast at dinner time which will probably be cereal and fruit.
