Ht. 5'7, Wt. 169.5 - Yay, this is my lowest weight ever at this height :D I'm soooo excited.. I can't weight to get down to 165..then 160...then 155...then finally 150!!!

Ht. 5.61, Wt. s-204lb c- 189lb - holy crap!!!!!!!!! last time i weighed my self was like 2-3 weeks ago and i was 194 then i weighed myself just then and ive lost 5 pounds!!! how exciting. and i like this guy now and likeing him just makes me want to work harder :D ahhh i love guys :P

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169lbs - Food today: breakfast: light cheese toast, light yogurt, lowfat 50 cal. hot chocolate/SNacl: bag of pretzels/Lunch: AMy's forzen organic veggie and tofu pockets, tomato soup/Snack: lowfat pudding, 7 mini rice cakes/Dinner: lean chicken, some kinds of veggies and possibly poatato and/or bread, we'll see. Exercise: not much. Will do some later, maybe! Today I didn't have any, but latly I've been adding more fruit into my diet and I'm loving it! :0)

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 151.8 - well... i havent gained any weight but i have stayed the same all wekk. 151.8 no matter what i put in it comes out with out a pound or oz on me. my body fat is 33.3% and the pe teacher wants me to be below 30 by noviember 1st. i have cut out soda/carbonated idems and i know this is un healthy but i have been eating 2 egg whites for breakfats (small eggs thats all the chickens at my house lay) and then 2 more egg whites and then a small amount of whatever mom cooks. i exersize aftr school from 245 till 330 and varius exersize equipment then during pe

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 199 - I have a problem losing weight I like to lose like 30 or 40 ilbs before Christmas. But every time I weigh my self I lose like two or three pounds then like a couple days later I"ll weigh my self again and I have put the weight back on. I weigh 198 but the scale say I weigh 200 or 201 all the time. I think it's saying I weigh more because of my period. I do about 100 situps a day and 30 squats 20 plie squats and 20 pushups. Plus I play basketball at school for recess and sometimes soccer. Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong please.
